The word is excellent. The cabin is beautiful, as well equipped as I have ever experienced. Great location near West Jefferson and Mount Jefferson State Natural Area. Quiet and peaceful, a great place to relax in the North Carolina High Country. Steve and Lorraine were wonderful hosts, excellent communication with them. We highly recommend this rental for anyone seeking a lovely weekend retreat.

Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful cabin. It was exceptionally nice and equally as well stocked and clean. I enjoyed having coffee on the swing and watching the deer this morning. The ride to the river and back was rugged; but your information said it could be so. I would certainly recommend it to everyone--and would stay again!

We loved the cabin and the property. Steve and Lorraine gave us details beforehand about the property and places to go. The cabin was cozy and we had a great time relaxing.
