Nestled in Lago Vista, this charming condo for $210 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. We loved the view so much, we bought the condo! After owning on The Island for seven years, we finally made the condo ours with a full renovation/redecoration. Now, our amazing third story view of Lake Travis within the luxurious 'Island at Lake Travis' is even nicer! You can enjoy the view of the lake with one of the three beautiful pools in the foreground and undeveloped Pace Bend Park in the background. Or, enjoy the Mediterranean style condominium complex located on the private island. Besides the recently updated condo, you can take advantage of the amenities of the island which include multiple hot tubs, indoor pool, two outdoor pools, a fitness center, assigned parking and BBQ area. There is a boat launch on the island and a marina with available slip rental. The condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. * Master bedroom has a view of the lake and private balcony. * Master bathroom includes dual vanities, walk-in closet and walk-in shower. * Second bedroom includes two queen beds (large enough to sleep 4) * Unit includes Wi-Fi and large TV with cable and/or streaming capability.

Stayed the weekend of the Formula 1 race at COTA. Location was perfect, unit was clean and Scott was great with communication. Unit needs a little tlc but was great. The porch was where we ended up every night after a long day in the unseasonal hot temps. Only complaint was the pool was way too cold to use, but was no fault of the owners. Unit was well stocked with essentials with the exception of a pen to sign the guest book to let everyone know what a great time we had. We would definitely return here when we go to COTA again next year. Thanks so much!!

Absolutely beautiful property and accommodations but resort needs maintenance. Accommodations were phenomenal. However, only one outdoor hot tub was working. indoor and hot tub nearest to the unit were both non-functioning which was very disappointing. Creek place to relax. Unwind and recharge. Hosts were great as well to recommend providing more detailed resort map detailing where everything is. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful property and beautiful view from balcony . Restaurant on site was good food, and had karaoke! Lots of deer and we enjoyed hand feeding them!

We loved your home it was spacious and cozy, our twins age 11 and teens 14 and 16 were also very comfortable. I appreciate all the extras in your kitchen and laundry room to use to cook for my family and wash their clothes and the towels you gave us to use. The grocery store nearby definitely had everything we needed for the condo and when we went to the lake on the boat, the kids loved the pool! And the whole experience we will definitely be coming pack! Thank you so much for letting us use your home.

We were all very impressed with this beautiful condo. The pictures do not do it justice, for it was so much more. We had 4 adults here for a 4 day stay, and additional daily guests with a baby in a stroller and there was plenty of space. We never felt crowded. The beds were comfortable with lush bedding and the place was very clean. Even the common areas outside were very clean and well kept. We will certainly stay here again. This is our third trip to the island. Absolutely love it! Scott is very responsive and everything was as pictured. Beautiful views and the pool was great. Will stay at the island every time we come to Austin.

Wonderful stay in a very clean, well stocked, very comfortable condo. Beautiful view of Lake Travis. Lots of things to do in the area, shopping, hiking, eating and more. Took advantage of all that. We were here for a family wedding and totally enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Loved our stay and swam in two different pools while there. It's also located close to some great places to eat, the food truck park and Highlands Grill. There was also a fantastic shaded setting where we would set up our family reunion dinner. The kids loved trying to feed the deer - great photo op! Everyone had a great time, some even rented kayaks! Many thanks!

Our time here was just what we needed. Outdoor Activities and relaxation: It was a great combination. Everything you need is within 20 minutes from the island. Check in and check out was so easy and all instructions were very clear. The view from the balcony was spectacular. I looked forward to the sunset each day! We will definitely be back. We've stayed in this condo twice and loved it both times. It faces the main body of the lake and is in the portion of the Island complex that's closest to the boat docks. The balcony faces NW so you get nice sunsets without the direct afternoon sun.

The check in process was so easy and instructions were very clear. The accommodations were very good, convenient, well stocked and the covered garage was a plus. The hosts are so responsive and pay close attention to details. Love the pool as it was a short walk from the condo. The facilities as a whole were clean, secure and very safe. This is a do again for this family!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. We were met at the front by lots of deer including a brand new baby deer. So beautiful. Property was very clean and well maintained. The new restaurant on Property was under staffed but food was delicious. Found Casa Mexico in town was very good too. Enjoyed every minute. Definitely my favorite condo to date. Only bad thing is that we should have stayed longer.

We have stayed at this property 3 times in different places this byfar was the nicest and cleanest. Fully equipped with everything you could think of from spices,cookware, crockpots Kurig and grinder coffee pots. Scott and Angie are the perfect hosts. They kept us informed on any news happening at the condo and we’re always available if we needed them. We will definitely be staying with them again next year. We had a wonderful holiday season with are grandsons.
