About this house rental
Located in Terramar Beach, this lovely house for $660 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This beautiful home is the perfect year round retreat, located on a canal in Terramar Beach , this 1200 sqft home is perfect for the whole family. You'll find lovely updates and a relaxing atmosphere in this beautiful coastal home. it offers 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on ground level with bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked, and has all new stainless steel appliances. Enjoy hours of fun fishing from the dock, it has green fishing lights, complete with a fish cleaning station, the beach is only a short drive away. There is also a beautiful private pool with security fence. Pool and Spa are not heated in the Summer months. If your looking for a family getaway or just a getaway to make lasting memories at, look no further, "Living the Dream" is the home for you! 2 night Minimum. Contact the owner for holiday rates. & Spring Break. Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles - outside shower. Bedroom has a queen bed, futon and bathroom. also, has separate room with washer and dryer. Main Level: Open concept kitchen, dining and living room with TV. Bedroom 1-King bed -en suite bathroom, that can also be hall shared. Bedroom 2- Full Bed and Twin Bedroom 3- Full Bed and bunk beds All bedrooms have basic cable TV 1 Shared hall bathroom Sleeps 12 Location: 1 miles to the beach: 18.5 miles to 61st, 21.4 miles to 25th and Strand. 17.5 miles to Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Great Vacation Home.! Amenities: Cable TV in all bedrooms, WiFi , Dishwasher, Central Heat/Air. Notes: Although provided, WiFi access service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but we are unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services Pool and Spa are not heated in the Summer months. No Pets allowed. Spring Break Holidays Extra - Contact Owner for fees.

This was a beautiful bay house with an excellent pool, kid landing heading into the pool (for the little ones) and hot tub. The pool stayed cool all day long even when we were in direct sunlight. There was enough umbrellas and furniture throughout the property so that everyone was comfortable to relax and enjoy. The house was decorated so nicely. Every detail was very well thought out and made you feel right at home. There were plenty of beds with nice bedding and comfortable mattress. The roll out canopy on the top level patio was a huge asset especially in the morning when you wanted to drink your coffee outside but not be blinded by the morning sun. The fishing area was setup for easy fishing and cleaning right next to the bay for all of our guys! I would DEFINITELY recommend this house. Tony and Anna were very nice and quickly responsive when we had questions. We will be staying here in the future without a doubt! It was nice for the whole family from the almost 2 year baby all the way up to the adults.

The nicest house with pool right on the bay. Plus beach access right across the street. We came for the beach, but most just wanted to stay at the house and pool. Some swam while others fished. This house was above our expectations. We plan on renting it again next year.

Overall the stay was good. We had a good time, the pool definitely makes the rental. We had a problem with mice. We had to clean up mouse poop multiple times a day. We had an infant so we were bothered by the cleanliness of having a rodent. Sent pictures to owner with no response.

My family and I had a great time at this property. The host were responsive and ensured that we had everything we needed. The pool was such a perfect addition and the neighborhood was nice. My mother enjoyed the quiet mornings outside on the spacious balcony. The kitchen was smaller than we are used to, but it was perfect for the house size!

Relaxing mini vacation
My family and I enjoyed our mini vacation. The house was everything we expected and more. My grandparents really had a great time fishing on the canal. We will definitely return.

We stayed at this house this weekend and found it to be clean, comfortable and spacious for the size. Beautiful, comfortable home on the west end of Galveston
Our family rented this home in Terramar on the west end of Galveston. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable with plenty of elbow room for 4 adults and 3 teens. The owners were very helpful and prompt with responses. I would absolutely recommend this house for any family.

We had a great weekend getaway!!
We enjoyed our stay there very much. The house was extremely clean and well kept. Plenty of room for the five couples we had staying there. Nice, friendly neighborhood. You could walk to the beach easily and within minutes. We enjoyed the house so much we really didn’t leave that often, we spent a lot of time just relaxing outside on the deck. The owner responded to any questions we had very quickly. Great place to stay!

We have rented beach houses in Galveston once or twice a year for about six years and this was the best yet. The fishing was great. Short drive to pool and marina for bait. Drive across the Main Street and there is a beach you can drive your car right up to the water. Everything was first class and they have everything you could possibly need. Tv in every room. Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was nice, the fishing was fun at night, and the location to the beach couldn't have been any better.

We had a lot of fun!
This property was just what we were looking for - quiet, near the beach, lots of room and good kid fishing. (The kids caught lots of fish and some would have been keepers!) It is not close to town, but there are some shops for supplies nearby. The pizza is very good.
A real bonus was that the subdivision has it's own beach with parking. Grand parents, moms and kids from 14 to 8 had a wonderful time.

We loved it! Plenty of sleeping room, lots of outdoor activities around the area.
We really had some amazing quality time with the family. If you love to fish this spot is for you, not only can you catch fish 🐠 from the doc, but West bay has it all. This beautiful home is cozy and the neighborhood is very quiet. Great place to catch some sun and clear you head. 📺 in every room was a nice touch. There is a downstairs suite,perfect for adults or older folks. Having a bathroom downstairs comes in handy when your fishing.Mrs. Garza was wonderful and available right away for any questions. I would recommend this home for a family getaway or a couples trip in the sun!
