Family Owned/Operated Beach House with upgrades made every year.
A 5 Minute walk to PUBLIC beach access. Upgrades for 2026 include new flooring in bedrooms, all new towels, sheets, blankets, cookware replacements, and more. Annual Maintence week completed March 2026. Community pool area/ hot tub renovated 2025!
It was always a dream to own a beach home and in the spring of 2013, my father and I drove 2200 miles of the Florida coast until will found 30A. We loved the area instantly and so did the rest of the family. Scenic 30A is a unique and truly amazing place. We know you will feel the same way and our beach home is in the middle of it all.

Much more spacious and reasonably priced than beachfront condos. Located close to very nice public beach access with bathrooms. Unit was clean and was well stocked with kitchen supplies as well as consumables such as garbage bags, zip lock bags, dish soap, etc. The notes on items such as the washer and dryer made use easy. Other guests and residents in the complex were very friendly. We would stay here again if visiting this area.
