About this house rental
Located in Three Rivers, this attractive house for $333 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Foosball, ping pong, river access, lounge on the back patio, BBQ, socialize, and play some corn hole! This place is meant for families that just want to bond. Located in a small family friendly subdivision where you can listen to the sounds of the river in the backyard and stare at the stars while relaxing on the patio. We have a game room, living room, large kitchen, and three bedrooms for everyone to spread out Come check us out! ***This River Location is SEASONAL and not guaranteed to have water. If it is important to have water please inquire BEFORE booking your reservation. *** The space Three Bedrooms, two bathrooms over 1600 square feet of house space plus a large backyard patio for family to gather. This home is located in a subdivision, which means that you will not be secluded from other people. The benefit to being in the neighborhood is that it is one of the few areas in Three Rivers where it is safer to take an evening stroll or bike ride. Guest access You are allowed to access the river directly behind the house but you are not allowed to walk up and down the river bank. Everything is private property, please do not trespass. The River is seasonal and not guaranteed to have water year round. Other things to note: There is no smoking on the property, inside or outside due to complaints from the neighbors. Any signs of smoking, vaping, etc. will result in a $250 fine/cleaning fee. This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood therefore we do not allow parties or late night social gatherings. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. You will be removed immediately without a refund from this location if we receive any complaints from the neighbors. The river is all private property, please do not trespass on our neighbors properties! Obey the signs! River is Seasonal!

This was our 3rd time at the property. The backyard of this property is amazing, with the river running in your yard. The inside of the house could use some TLC, but overall good.

Our family had a wonderful time visiting. Check-in was easy. The backyard is so inviting and the patio overlooking the river is beautiful. The kitchen is big and fully stocked. We had fun playing cards at night in the game room. The kids enjoyed the foosball table and ping pong table. The only thing we didn’t prefer is that the master bathroom doesn’t have a door, just a shear curtain which the kids didn’t like due to no privacy. Overall a fabulous stay!

Such an absolute gorgeous property. Everything we needed was there. Stopped at Costco in Visalia, then headed out. House was clean and very large and well equipped…we had such a great time! Sequoia entrance is close!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this home. There was plenty of room for the four of us! The house was well stocked for our stay. We made breakfast daily and grilled steaks on the patio BBQ. My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee outside listening to the sound of the river. The AC and fans were definitely needed for the high temperatures we experienced during this July trip. The house is close to everything. We spent a day in Sequoia National Park, rented a boat on the Kaweah Lake, and visited some of the local businesses. We had a great vacation!

Beautiful backyard on south fork of Kaweah river. Really picturesque in the fall. Large master bedroom with comfortable king bed and massage chair. A couple of minor maintenance issues on arrival
were resolved quickly by property manger.

Overall, we had a great time! We visited Sequoia National Park, went to the local honey holes to enjoy the river, walked down to the river from the house to catch fish and frogs and got to enjoy local ice cream. It would have been a much better experience if we weren’t in the middle of a drought and it was the heat wave weekend. Nonetheless, fun was had by all!!

Loved the foosball and the outdoor ping pong table (even in winter!). Large bay window looking outside at the river and mountains. Very close to south entrance of Sequoia National Park. Only downside but out of control of the owner was that internet connection was spotty bc of the unusual wet weather. There is wifi so when signal is strong wifi is available. There’s a village market 1.5miles down the street. It’s very pricey but is a decent grocery store with meat, produce, dried goods, frozen and alcohol aisles.

Beautiful backyard
Just loved it hear. My 10 month old loved how much space she had in the backyard. The house is nice and quiet. We even had some turkeys come visit.

Photos and Description Didn’t Do It Justice...
This property was better than I expected from the listing. I had high expectations but they were exceeded once we arrived and saw the house and the incredible back yard overlooking the stream. The stream happen to be running while we were here which definitely led to the ambiance. Communication with management was incredible. Responsive and helpful throughout. We will be back. I highly recommend this property, especially for larger groups such as our group of seven.

House was clean and spacious. Kitchen was great if you want to prepare your own meals. Patio space was beautiful for hanging out! Does not have a large dining table to seat all for meals but between seating space next to kitchen and patio space it was not a big deal. Sequoia and King's Canyon are wonderful, plan on doing a bit of driving as it takes an hour to two and half hours to get to various parts of the parks.

Lovely time at the river!
Wonderful five days at this house. Great location with an incredibly stocked kitchen and linen cabinet which was key four our family of five including three young children. The owner even left a little surprise for us which was much appreciated.
Our only comment would be to balance the baffles for the heat as some bedrooms were cold while the master was way too hot even after I adjusted the vents. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

Great stay!
The property is in the perfect location to explore Sequoia and King's Canyon.
The setting of the house is beautiful, we loved sitting on the deck and watching the birds.
My only negatives would be that the house does need some updating although it says in the visitor book that updates are due to be done this winter. Also on arrival we didn't find it very clean, finding empty crisp packets in the tv cabinet in the small bedroom and some of the crockery and cutlery quite grubby but aside from that we had a great stay.

It was great to be able to spend time together as a family. We enjoyed the beautiful fresh water from the river out back. Most definitely will be going again.
