The property is fantastic, much better than the pictures. The owners are friendly and very responsive, we locked ourselves out and they had us back in within minutes. Everything was clean, welcoming and well stocked. Comfortable beds and furniture and no unreasonable cleaning asks like some VRBO's. Just run the dishwasher and take out the trash. The best part of the house is the 4 seasons room and the view of the lake. The perfect place to have your coffee or a cocktail. My only complaint is the driveway but it's not that big of a deal.

We came to the area to drive the Arkansas dragon and the pig trail. House was exactly where we needed to be. Perfect location, neat and clean, comfortable beds and living area. Host suggested restaurants in area. Complete kitchen for us to use. We very much enjoyed our extended weekend. Highly recommend.

The house was just great! Clean and everything you would need. The view of the lake from the deck was just breath taking. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the early morning and evenings. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the neighbors would always wave when we went by. It was close to everything we wanted to see. We want to plan another trip again some time. 5 stars all the way!!

We loved the house. It has everything you could want. Great views of the lake and easy access to Rogers and Bentonville. Mark was so amazingly responsive. We felt welcomed and as valued guests.

My wife and 2 teen kids stayed for 5 nights. House was clean, beds were comfortable and had good internet access. Good communication with owner. Will definitely think about staying here again.

Great location between Eureka Springs and Bentonville, also near War Eagle mill and cavern. Wonderful views of Beaver Lake while relaxing on the deck. Home is very clean and well furnished, everything one needs in the kitchen for meal preparation. Very welcoming atmosphere. Host was very responsive and gave clear information for the property. Very highly recommended this home for a relaxing lake vacation.

We had a wonderful time! It snowed in November which was magically to some one from Houston, TX. The house was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the sunroom. There were six of us. We rode the Arkansas/Missouri train from Springdale to Van Buren. The weekend was amazing!

Unfortunately we were all there on a work trip (War Eagle) so we didn't get to fully enjoy the area. It was such a pleasure to come "home" in the evening to relax in comfort and enjoy the astounding view off the back deck. We had everything we needed. Cleanliness of this home was impeccable. Beds were comfortable...slept like a rock! It was so peaceful and we actually felt like we were home. The only challenge was the driveway as we had three vehicles, but we worked it out the first day and solved the problem easily. Host communication was perfect as well. Hope to return next year. Thank you!

This was our third year to stay at the same property. We all love it and our health permitting, hope to do it again next year. We always stay at the same time and have wonderful weather. There are stairs to get in the house and once of our ladies has an issue issue that is making that difficult, but still not impossible.
