We booked this property a year in advance for our sibling reunion. Easy to find, beautiful property with amazing views, easy check-in and the host replied quickly when we found a problem with the TV. Great week in a beautiful city.

This is a lovely property in a fabulous location in North Vancouver. Max was very responsive and when there was a problem with one of the fridges, he brought a new fridge over immediately! Overall a great stay.The layout is - 4 bedrooms on the upper level, one much larger than the others, each with ensuite (three with bathtubs, one has a shower only), one with a King, two with Queens and one with two twins. On the main floor, one room with a Queen bed and a half bath. In the basement, two Queen beds and a full bath. A privacy screen can separate the beds in the basement.There were only a couple of things that weren't ideal. Cooling is uneven. There is no A/C in the basement. On the main floor, two large units and a ceiling fan keep things nice. There's a large unit in the main area of the upper floor. Since it's not central A/C, though, when you close your bedroom door at night you're not getting cooling, so some of the bedrooms got quite warm (except for one upstairs which was strangely cold the whole time). A second thing was that the water pressure upstairs was low, and many of the shower heads were fixed in place, so rinsing long hair, for example, could be challenging. The third thing was that the presence of the people living in the lower level inhibited us from using the beautiful lower patio, as their windows overlook this area and we felt like we didn't have privacy there. (The bottom level that you see on the picture belongs to the other people).

Overall, this was a nice property with spectacular views, and the host was communicative and answered questions quickly throughout our stay. We enjoyed our time overall, but there were a few areas where clearer communication and attention to detail would have improved the experience.The kitchen was lacking some basic amenities we expected, such as coffee for the first morning, and many of the dishes and supplies were stored in unusual locations, making things difficult to find. We also found several dishes in the cabinets that needed to be rewashed before use.The home itself was beautiful; however, advertising it as a six-bedroom property felt somewhat misleading. The entertainment bedroom setup was awkward, particularly because there were people living in adjacent rooms on the property. This was probably the biggest surprise of the stay — while we didn’t mind sharing the property space, we feel this should have been clearly disclosed during the booking process so guests know what to expect ahead of time.There were also a few maintenance and comfort issues: the second master bedroom was very cold, there was no information provided about how to adjust the heating or air conditioning, the fan in the third bedroom did not work, and there were no towel hooks or places to hang towels in the bathrooms.Cleanliness also fell short of expectations, as there were crumbs and dirt in the third bedroom when we arrived.Overall, this is a good property with amazing views and a res
