About this condo rental
Situated in Eugene, this charming condo for $135 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. 450+ square foot Mother-in-law suite with private access and private full bath. We are located in a beautiful, quiet, Eugene neighborhood 1.5 miles to downtown, Autzen Stadium/Hayward Field/University of Oregon, and less than 1 mile from hiking trails, shopping, restaurants, golf course, and public transportation. Off-street parking in our private driveway. The space Two queen-size pillow top beds with season-appropriate linens. Wet bar stocked with microwave, coffee pot, mini-fridge/freezer, glassware, plates, and silverware. Dining table for 4, a fullsize couch and 55-inch flat screen TV with Comcast X1 digital cable and Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Hulu streaming TV/movies. Towels, basic toiletries, coffee, and a few snacks are provided. You have access to washing machine and dryer if needed. The back yard, patio, firepit, and hot tub are shared spaces. Contact with Owner I often work from home on weekdays so I am available for questions or recommendations if you wish, however I am generally out of sight. Your door has a unique access code so late arrivals are not an issue. Please ask about early check-in as we can often accommodate.

This was our second stay here. It's a super cozy and comfortable spot that is a perfect spot to stay when spending a couple of days in Eugene. The hosts are wonderful and warm people who make sure you are comfortable and accommodated. Excellent hosts and excellent property.

Charming neighborhood, convenient location and clean, comfortable property! The owners are wonderful people and we really enjoyed visiting with them. They had great communication prior to our arrival and a beautiful backyard to relax in. Grateful to have found this gem and would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Eugene, stay here! It's clean, comfortable, in a safe neighborhood, close to everything, and it has everything you could need for a short, or long visit. The hosts are quite possibly some of the nicest people you will ever meet, and will help if you are looking for things to do, places to eat, or are just wanting to visit while sitting on their patio in their beautiful backyard. Every 5 star review on here is accurate, stop looking for a place to stay and just book this amazing VRBO!

We came to Eugene to see a Ducks game. This property was PERFECT and we would definitely stay here again. The owners are so nice and communicated greatly. Then even offer to let you borrow things that you may need.

If I tried really hard I could probably find something that wasn't 100% perfect but that would just be petty. From location to cleanliness to quality of hosts to value, this property has it all. Should we ever visit Eugene again I sincerely hope this property is still available because I don't want to stay anywhere else. You can't go wrong with this property!

We traveled to Eugene for a football game, and we’re pleasantly surprised when we arrived at their beautiful home. They were very kind and friendly people, as well as helpful and knowledgeable of the area. After our game we came back and relaxed on the back patio with everyone and had a great visit sharing laughs and stories. We will definitely look to stay there again.

This is a studio apt (attached to the host's home) with attached bathroom and laundry room. It was perfect for my daughter and me. It has adjustable air conditioning and a stand alone fan since there are no ceiling fans. Beds and pillows were great! Location provided a safe stay and easy access (by car) to our venue, restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The hosts were exceptional. They provided as much or as little contact as you wanted. We sat outside one night talking with a glass of wine and homemade blueberry muffins from their garden. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Location with Easy Access to downtown and the university.
This property was super easy to access and very clean and comfortable. The owners were responsive and cared about our needs. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone needing a great place with room to spread out while you're there.

Suite is exactly as advertised - in-law suite off the side of a house in a nice neighborhood, private entrance, convenient and nice location, very good hosts that were friendly and responsive - my daughter and I came for a track meet and had a great time - will be booking here again
