About this house rental
Nestled in East Nashville, this attractive house for $269 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Walk out your front door and you'll find yourself in the middle of the Five Points/Fatherland District of East Nashville. The first restaurant you'll come upon is literally 100 steps from your cottage, "Maru Sushi & Grill".....101 steps "The Local Taco". Our small community features an eclectic mix of 20+ local businesses. You'll find trendy restaurants, hand-blended teas, home décor, antiques, chocolate & confections, clothing, unique gifts, and so much more. On top of all that you are only 1.5 miles from downtown Nashville and Titans Stadium. We welcome you to Nashville and would love to host you during your visit! This is a completely renovated home and non- smoking property. We just ask you take care of it as your own home......we thank you in advance as do future guests. :) Our cottage has two nice size bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed and a master bath with shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The home has one additional bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. In both bathrooms you'll find body wash, shampoo, hair dryers, and of course plenty of towels. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you'll need during your stay. Washer and Dryer is also included with laundry soap for the wash. A large screen TV is ready for you in the living room and the couch pulls out and sleeps two more. In all your cottage sleeps 6 comfortably. There is one ring doorbell that will be facing the front stairs/road. This will be on during your stay but is for security purposes only. Lastly, out the back door you'll find a deck to sit out and enjoy the out doors. We really think you'll enjoy our cottage/surrounding area and can't wait to hear about your stay! Great house and convenient location. Close to lots of restaurants which was handy for this stay. House worked great for our needs. Couch could use an update, but other wise everything was comfortable and made our stay great.

My stay way amazing! Gary is an awesome host and always made sure me and my party was taken care of. He was quick to respond to any questions I had and super accommodating. This is a great place to stay off Broadway. There are nice places to walk to from the house and it is also not a far Lyft/Uber from Broadway and other popular location. 10/10.

This is just as advertised. Very clean and so easy to get to. We loved the ability to park in the driveway, with parking being such a hard thing to come by in many places in Nashville. It's only 1.5 miles to downtown Nashville and in a great neighborhood. We found good places to eat within a half mile. Gary is a great host - very responsive.

Was in town for a conference and was way better than a hotel. Everything was clean and organized. I had plan changes and Gary was super accommodating. Close to restaurants and out kids loved the layout of the house. Perfect for our family! I even forgot my credit card and the cleaning staff found it and Greg notified me immediately. Thanks Greg!

This property is awesome if you are coming in town for a game, Close to Nissan stadium (about $6 Uber, or you can get a line scooter). Property was nice and clean and owner was very prompt and helpful for check in process. Would HIGHLY recommend and I myself will be booking this property in the future. Can’t wait to come back!!

The queen bedroom bed needs to be replaced; was not comfortable.

Very clean and everything you need for your stay. Beautiful neighborhood. Host was very responsive before our stay, however I had no reason to get in touch with him during our stay because we had no issues. Everything was perfect! What a fun visit we had.

Just the right space for a weekend in Nashville with my sister. We love to eat all of the good food so having a location where we can balance that with a good walking space is important. This fit the bill. 2 easy miles and across the pedestrian bridge and you are right in the Broadway area, The Ryman and Bridgestone Arena.
Beds were comfy with plenty of additional blankets, sheets and towels. Kitchen was well equipped and wasn’t crowded at all.
The area felt safe enough. The exterior needs a bit of sprucing up but the interior more than made up for that. I would stay here again.

First off the property is great. Super convenient in the cool East End neighborhood with lots of places close by. A short Uber drive to Broadway and all the downtown attractions. The rooms were well appointed and all the little extras were a nice touch (coffee pods and creamers, toiletries, etc). Gary is the most attentive host I've ever had on VRBO as well, amazing to deal with. If you're coming to Nashville you've found your place. We'd definitely come back.

The house is beautiful and clean with a cute patio. The location is excellent for getting anywhere especially the Ryman, the Opry, and Broadway.

The location is amazing. The neighborhood was very safe. Tons of folks walking around regularly with tons of places to walk to close and far if you enjoy far walks.

We loved this property! The decor is the cutest and it’s in the perfect location! Especially if you are in town for a concert at the stadium. We even walked back after the concert when it was too difficult to get an Uber. Just keep in mind it’s a little over a mile but it’s through cute little neighborhoods. We walked to several restaurants while we were there but also cooked breakfast at the house. The kitchen is well equipped! So much better than having a hotel when you want to spend time together. The owner was so nice and was very responsive with getting back to me on any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!!

The outside of the house needs a little work to match the inside, examples are grass needs cut, weeds need pulled, the internet was slow and the TV sometimes lagged when on Netflix, and the toilet in the bathroom by the back door was loose, working fine but needs tightening.
The location was very good and the house smelled good upon our arrival.
Other than the things listed everything was good.

Gary’s place was perfect for our short stay in Nashville. The 5 Points area is one of our favorites and we were just a short walk away. Great bars and restaurants and shopping. The house was updated and very clean. I’d highly recommend his place!

A great little house in a cozy neighborhood. It was very nice and clean. Nice long driveway for multiple vehicles. It was in a really good location. Close to the heart of Nashville but not so close that you can hear all of the hustle and bustle. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. Quite a few delicious restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. Snooze A.M was a cool breakfast place! Overall I would stay here again and encourage anyone else to choose it. Thank you for helping make my vacation perfect!!

The house was small, but it met our needs as we were only in Nashville for three full days. It was nicely decorated and for the most part very clean except for the floors which needed to be thoroughly cleaned, scrubbed and not just vacuumed. However, I would stay here again as the location was good and the price was right.

This Cottage house was perfect for the 4 (2 couples) to stay. It had everything we needed and a nice small deck out the back to have our morning coffee and afternoon cocktails and night caps. Gary was excellent to deal with and very nice/pleasant.
Topped off our water and coffee when we let him know we were running low as we were there for 10 days.
I would highly recommend Gary’s place if you’re heading to Nashville. It’s a very short Uber ride to downtown.

This cute house is in an historic district of Eastside Nashville. The small porch was perfect for sitting! You see endless amounts of birds, people walking their dogs, people running, you name it! This area gave us a real homey feel and we felt very comfortable here. It is within walking distance of local pubs, many food options, cute shops, and a coffee & tea shop! Beds were very comfy and the house was stocked with many of the little things we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It is close to Broadway ( about a 10 min or so Uber ride) but far enough away, it’s peaceful.

The location is right in the middle of five points so really short walking distance to all kinds of cool places - shops restaurants, etc. and it’s a little over a mile from Nissan stadium, so you could walk if you wanted. Also, there is a good array of restaurants close by that provide gluten free items - my daughter is allergic to wheat so that was extra nice!
The communication was great. Gary reached out to us before we arrived to let us know we could arrive early, which was really nice. We also received a thank you text as we were leaving. We received quick response when we had a question.
The place is SO cute! It was beautifully decorated. It had all the extras - paper towel, toilet paper, sheets, etc. They even provide you with shampoo, body wash etc. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen much because of all the restaurants close by. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided.

We came to visit our daughter who lives in East Nash and this was within walking distance to her house and lots of great shops and restaurants but still just a quick drive into the city. Loved it!

This property was perfect for what we had planned. We had 3 days to explore and loved how close we were to everything! We went to Broadway twice, and both times we parked in Nissan stadium and walked over pedestrian bridge. The shops near the house were an added bonus. The house was decorated very cute and was the perfect size for the 2 of us.
