This beautiful studio apartment is located in Copper Mountain's bustling center village. Just steps away from the ski lift, this fabulous unit is perfect for an affordable get-away at Summit County's best winter ski resort. This elegantly appointed studio has a queen bed and comfortable American Leather pull-out sofa bed. The unit also has a full-service well equipped kitchen and eat-in dining space for cooking and dining at home. Relax and enjoy a movie beside the fireplace in the spacious living room area. We are always updating the condo to keep it nice place to come and stay for us as well as our guest. Since owning it, we have updated this unit with new carpet and tile, stainless-steel appliances, sleeper sofa, recliner, kitchen table & chairs, bedroom furniture, bedding, mattress, ceiling fan and lighting. Passage Point is the most requested lodging available at Copper Mountain. Your reservations include access to free Wi-Fi, an on site work-out facility, ski lockers, two hot tubs, and a small heated pool. With over 300 inches of snowfall annually, Copper Mountain rivals the big-name Colorado ski resorts. However, with limited on site lodging, Copper Mountain is one of the most sought-after destinations resorts in Colorado. Copper Mountain has a wide selection of après-ski, dining, and entertainment. Enjoy ice-skating on the pond in the center village or sit by the fire pit and soak in the mountain air. Copper Mountain features one of the best ski schools in the country. Also, ask about the free evening child care program available when you shop or dine at participating Copper Mountain businesses. For the summer, Copper Mountain has a wide range of summer activities in the village, Mountain Coaster, Golf Course, scenic chairlift rides, hiking, mountain and road biking, climbing wall, bumper boats, go-karts, zip-line, and others. There is a beautiful paved bike trail that takes you to Frisco or Vail. If that is not enough, take 12 minute drive to Frisco and enjoy water activities on Lake Dillion, explore all the towns nearby, go shopping at the Outlet Malls in Silverthorne, explore all the beautiful trails outside of Copper Mountain, the list goes on. No smoking and no pets are allowed! A $250 refundable damage deposit is collected. It will be refunded after final cleaning, assuming no damage has been done beyond normal wear and tear. My wife and our young daughter stayed for New Years to snowboard and explore the area. Short walk to American Eagle and American Flyer lift chairs. Lots of shops right at Center Village. 3 hot tubs of different temperatures for relaxing after boarding. Including a warm one for the kids to play and not overheat. Tina was very pleasant and communicative about our stay. Would definitely return.

This is a great unit and well kept and appointed. Location and facility have every detail a skier could want. Listing is accurate to a T. Great for a couple or two people and/or parents with one or two smaller kids. It was ideal for a week with myself and 12 year old daughter. I have never seen a nicer pull out sleeper sofa. Don’t hesitate to book this unit if the size and space work for your party.

Tina’s studio is so cozy, warm, and inviting. Great set of appliances, tons of blankets and pillows, and a sweet little entertainment set-up. Plus the pool and hot tub access were a great bonus! Tina was a great host and communicator throughout the entire booking process. Would absolutely stay here again!

The Passage Point Condo was comfortable and nice. The owner communicated everything we needed to know about the check-in process and the amenities/features. We especially enjoyed relaxing the outdoor hot tub/spa after a day of skiing.

Stayed here with my husband and sister for our first time to Copper and I could not imagine a better place for us to be. The price was so reasonable to be able to stay right at the edge of town with access to outdoor hot tubs and a balcony. It was very clean and the kitchen was stocked but there were so many good restaurants that we ate out the whole time. Also had the best skiing! Can’t wait to come back someday and would book again. Thank you!

This cozy condo was perfect for our get away! Tina was great about getting back to us to answer questions (and we asked a lot of questions!) The unit was a great size for the 2 of us. The kitchen was stocked with essentials like salt & pepper, coffee and the like making meal prep a breeze. The unit includes a ski locker on the main floor which meant we didn't have to lug our skis up and down each day. The unit is a short walk from the lift and from dining options. Overall, this property is a winner!

What a wonderful little studio that was so easy and convenient to walk to the slopes at Copper. Easy check-in and great communication with the owner. Perfect set up for me, my husband and son with a cozy feel and comfortable beds. The place had more than everything you needed and was so clean and organized. We would love to stay there again!
