The adjacent solarium is accessible from the master bedroom or coat room and has a private 4 person indoor hot tub. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, plus en-suite bathroom. Included on the ground floor, is the second bedroom with one queen size bed and a twin bunk above. Additional bathroom is located in the hallway with access to a brand new washer & dryer. The upstairs of the unit is warm and inviting. The great room has a pine-paneled vaulted ceiling, open-plan layout featuring a fully equipped kitchen with skylight, breakfast bar, dining and living room together with large moss-rock fireplace, and a brand new 55" 4k TV. We have cable, and WIFI access, with all the apps on the tv. A small south-facing solar sun room leads off the living room. The living room has a brand new couch, love seat and recliner chair. The couch folds out to a full size hide-a-bed in the sofa and a separate bathroom. Also, a table with 4 chairs for cards, games, or puzzles. CONVENIENTLY located to both Winter Park/Mary Jane ski area and Fraser, to several trails for hiking, biking, cross country skiing/snowshoeing, dog sledding, sleigh rides, a great tubing hill, and music venue. A PARK which includes tennis courts, a playground, picnic areas, barbeque grills and a nature trail is less than a 5 minute walk from our townhome. Safeway and other grocery stores are a 15 minute drive. The local movie theater, video store, shopping and restaurants are a short walk from our home.
