Whether it is a family trip, girl's weekend, or an escape with a loved one; Sea Glass is your beautifully appointed beach house. Great detail has gone into this home, and our family is proud to share in the beauty. Quick Facts: Stunning ocean view from the third floor 1 Master, living area, and kitchen on third floor 4 bedrooms (2 Master Suites) total with private bathrooms + bunkroom Quick access to the beach Outdoor shower and pool Cable TV, high speed Wi-Fi, top notch appliances Elevator and 1 ADA qualifying master suite Plenty of lawn for the kids Only small non shedding dogs considered at this time due to owners severe allergies. Please email prior to booking, 1st Floor You will enter the front door to find our bunkroom. The bunkroom has two twin over full bunk beds. There is a bathroom off the next room (sunroom) that features a full bath on the first floor. There is also a large closet in the bunkroom to store clothes and or beach gear. Next you will notice an elevator to access all 3 floors for your comfort. As you move through the bunkroom you will find the Sunroom which looks out to the patio and beautiful private pool. Here you will find a couch and several chairs. 2nd Floor As you make your way the 2nd floor via the or elevator, you will be met with a hallway leading to three bedrooms. The first bedroom is a Master Suite that qualifies as an ADA Room. It is a large space with a queen size bed, large walk in closet, and a large master bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom is the smallest and includes an area to hang your clothes, queen size bed, and a private bathroom. From this room you can access the second floor patio. The third room is spacious including a queen size bed, private bathroom, closet, and access to the second floor patio. 3rd Floor On the 3rd floor you with find the crown jewel of the home - an amazing view! Here you will find a Master Suite with a king size bed, large walk in closet, and large master bathroom. The living area takes advantage of the views with a bank of large windows. Here you will find a beautiful, large dining table and a wonderfully appointed kitchen to prepare a feast for the family. Step out to the patio and enjoy the views - let the worries just melt away!

We were supposed to have this vacation in 2022, but half of our family got Covid two days before we were supposed the be there. Michael was so kind and generous allowing us to postpone our stay until this year! We had an amazing time and the house did not disappoint one bit! We used the pool every day and it was great to get in when the sun was setting and not so hot! The bedrooms were huge and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The elevator was great, we have a couple of people in our family with some mobility issues and this was a game changer. We had a great vacation, thank you for allowing us to use your wonderful home!

Our 3 generation family loved our stay at SeaGlass!! The property is beautiful with every needed amenity, comfortable beds, private pool that’s lighted for night swimming, elevator, plenty of bathrooms, and adequate parking spaces on a cul-de-sac. We’ve been coming to Port Aransas since we were babies and have brought our children here every year. This is our favorite property, and we were so happy to share it with another generation❤️ Thank you, Michael, for hosting us!!

The house was not only beautiful and clean but it also had plenty of room to house 11 people comfortably. We parked our boat in the driveway with 3 vehicles and a golf cart. The pool was a good size and accommodated all of the kids!

Had a fantastic family vacation at this beautiful beach house. It fit our needs perfectly! The pool was a perfect way to start and end our days. Had one little issue and Michael addressed it quickly. Property was a great stay, and we would stay again. Property Manager was extremely responsive and provided great detail before and during the stay. Loved the spaciousness, and close proximity to the beach. You really can't go wrong if you book this property.

This well appointed house (with elevator) exceeded our needs for our three-family beach trip. The large dining table held all of us easily as we cooked the majority of our meals in the kitchen. If we weren’t at the table or at the beach, we were relaxing in the large pool that served as a great way to wind down for the day. The bedrooms were comfortable and each had its own full bath. Michael was very accommodating with our schedule, and he kept us updated on check in/check out procedures. I took a “show of hands “ survey to see if everyone would return to this house another time, and it was unanimous!! We’ll be back!! Thank you for helping us make the best memories!

This property was perfect for our multi-generational family, including my disabled sister. Plenty of room to spread out, enjoyed the decks and the pool! Would suggest adding some more towels and particularly having a kitchen towel for drying dishes! We would definitely stay here again if we are in Port A!

Sea Glass Place is a charming, modern, wonderfully located property for a large group getaway. We were 11 in total, split between 5 kids (ages ranging from 6 - 10) and 6 adults. The owner, Michael, was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive and accommodating! The property looks and feels new. It is very well kept. The three-story residence had plenty of space for all of us to spread out for "alone time" and get together for group time. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor in-ground pool (quite a nice size compared to most of the others we saw) and the large living / dining / kitchen open-concept space on the top floor. The chef's kitchen was furnished with modern, high-end Mongram appliances. And the dining table (right off the kitchen) had comfortable seating for 10. There was plenty of pantry and fridge space for us to unpack and move into. The bedrooms were ample and nicely furnished. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and TV which was an added bonus. We had plenty of parking for our three cars and two rented golf-carts. The property could've easily accommodated one or two more cars in the driveway. All-in-all, for our first trip to Port-A, Sea Glass Place made it memorable and fun! We would definitely consider this property for a return trip in the future.

Beautiful location, close to beach and shopping. House clean and pool sparkling! Only cleaning issue was most cooking pans/pots needed scrubbing before use. Owner very responsive. Would stay there again.

Beautiful home, comfy beds and relaxing pool. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware. The grill is down by the pool. Having the elevator made it very simple getting luggage and groceries upstairs. Very spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. The bunkroom is the first room you enter in from the front door. Which kind of eliminates your privacy from people always walking in and out. The full size beds on the bottom bunks were big enough for two people. The side room was nice to have somewhere to put your luggage/belongings. Bring your own beach towels. There weren't very many towels, wash clothes or hand towels though. We had to wash a few loads to have fresh towels by the end of the weekend. Michael was quick to respond when we had any questions or needs. Our family had a wonderful time together. This home offers comfortable common spaces and patios for everyone to enjoy without being crowded. We highly recommend this beautiful home for a family gathering.
