Nestled in Crescent Beach, this charming condo for $146 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This premium direct oceanfront condo is ideally situated on the very end of the top floor at Beachers Lodge, located on beautiful Crescent Beach. It’s one of only four end units in the building with these awesome double views of the ocean from both the bedroom window as well as from the living room. Our Guests enjoy waking up to see their first ocean view of the day. You'll see and hear the waves on the beach while relaxing in deluxe, high class accommodations. Private and beautifully furnished, the condo amenities include granite countertops, two dreamy queen size Beautyrest beds, all cotton bedding, quality tropical décor and furnishings, full kitchen, in-room coffee, luxury patio furniture, remote-controlled bamboo blackout blinds, new appliances, large wall mounted TV’s, beach chairs and umbrella, etc. Sleeps 1-4 adults very comfortably in this home away from home. Excellent Wi-Fi and cable TV service is provided. Just a few steps away are the facility’s private boardwalk to the beach and large heated oceanfront swimming pool. It’s all about the view! As others mentioned the sofa is very uncomfortable. The unit is small but fine for 2. Towels, washcloths and beach towel’s were tired and stained. Beach chairs provided were very low so didn’t use. All in all a very pleasant stay especially with the huge waves coming in from Lee. Lots of surfers!

Pleasant trip. Condo neat and clean. Nice beach front which offers a great view. Owner very helpful. Older complex so no unit washer/dryer or dishwasher. Smaller than use to only issue. Super beach. Dog friendly.

the property was nice and well kept. the people working on property were very nice. the owner of the condo easy to talk to and respond very quickly. the beach had beautiful soft sand and great waves to play in. not crowded. public access is close and Saturday was busier. close enough to town to enjoy that too. only bummer, coin washers & not enough wash cloths/towels for our stay.

The condo was small but satisfactory for 2 people. Beds were comfortable; kitchen was adequate; everything was very clean; view from the balcony was great. Good access to pool and beach. Close to St. Augustine attractions and restaurants.

I can’t even begin to describe what a fun time my husband and I had. We had never been to st Augustine before, but we will definitely be back. The condo was amazing, perfect size for us. It was so clean, the bed was soooo comfortable, and the view is worth a million bucks. If you’re even considering booking this room, just do it!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Great small condo! Quiet and perfect for a couple who wants to wake up and go to sleep to the beach! Of all the condos we’ve stayed at on this property (Beecher’s Lodge) this was the quietest and best kept.

The owners of this property are super great. They contacted us and made sure we had all we needed to get into the Condo, prior to our arrival. The balcony and bedroom have awesome views of the beach and morning sunrise. It is an end unit on the top (4th) floor (there are elevators) and it was nice and quiet our entire stay. We were a little surprised at the size of the unit (it was smaller than we thought). But it was nice for the two of us. The bed was really comfortable and the unit was clean, linens were nice and we had a great stay. It was decorated very Beachy and fun. 2 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas in the closet.! We recommend you eat at Mango Mango’s and Harry’s. Old town St. Augustine is only 15 mins away. We would come back again.

My husband and I loved this place! It was cute and quaint, but with enough room to accommodate us. The location was perfect, as it’s right on the beach and within a 15 minute drive to downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning our next trip back! Beacher’s Lodge will be our place in St. Augustine!

We had good and bad experiences. The good: The condo is tastefully decorated, bathroom is beautiful and practical as well as the kitchen. Enjoyed the remote controlled blind in the bedroom. The condo complex is simple but nice, awesome large pool, great access to the beach. Well the bad: The couch, bed and the chairs on the balcony is very uncomfortable. The toilet clogs easily (no, no wipes tossed in) had to buy a plunger. The toilet tank water doesn’t stop running unless we pulled the handle all the way up. The condo was quickly cleaned I guess, dishes weren’t clean, pots and pans had burnt food in them. The beach chairs in the cloth closet were full with sand. The A/C units ineffective, the whole condo was dump and not cold, they’re loud and the one in the bedroom poured water on the floor when it was storming outside. When I contacted the owner she kindly advised placing a baking pan underneath and use towels to dry up the 1/2 “ puddle from the floor. It’s visible that those units are not insulated well. I was also told that it’s absolutely normal in FL because of the storms. Well I’m from FL too..Also was told that the building is old… well still should be fixed.So extra mopping, laundry, cleaning, washing dishes before even use them, watch the toilet etc. were not dplanned activities on my vacation. I didn’t expect Ritz Carlton but a clean place with functioning things and not doing extra work other than cleaning after ourselves.

We loved the location and the ocean view. Easy walk to the beach. It was a perfect size for a couple. The only negative I would say is the couch is not comfortable to sit on. It’s hard and slants forward.

We had a great time at the condo. Everything is as advertised in the listing. We have rented at Beachers Lodge for many years and would definitely rent this unit again.The owners were easy to get in touch with and work with. The codo is updated and clean and has everything you need. The pool is great and the beach is awesome. I would recommend renting this codo.

It was obvious the owners take pride in their condo! Crescent Beach is a clean beach with beautiful soft, white sand and the views from the condo are wonderful. We enjoyed the beachy theme of the wall decorations and the comfy chairs on the balcony. Everything we needed for a day at the beach was provided -- beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Living room A/C went out the day after we arrived and we were unable to reach the owners for several days. They were out of town so we made do with the bedroom A/C. Once they were back in town they came out and replaced the unit within 15 min but we were leaving the day after anyway. I had texted and called the owner asking if we could pay to stay one more day but didn't get a response. We also advised the owners that the people below us were smoking weed making it unpleasant for us to sit outside on the patio 3 days in a row. The view was great but we but the stench was making us sick. I know the owners don't have control over what others do but it would have been nice to know who to report that to if unable to reach them directly. The front office couldn't do anything since they do not own that unit. The unit was very clean but some of the appliances need to be updated. The bed was very uncomfortable. Outside of those issues we enjoyed St. Augustine and visiting several of the museums and did the Dead Walk ghost tour which was interesting. Overall our stay was good we just wished there was a better way to reach the owners when issues occurred.

A major problem came up just a week prior to arrival. The unit's beach front balcony was closed for renovation. The hosts arranged a similar unit in the same building on short notice. Great Hosts! And the on site property managers were very responsive to questions and concerns.

The property owner was very accessible, kind, and worked with us when we had unforeseen scheduling issues. The place is very nice and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. My wife and I had a real nice stay. I would say that while it can sleep 4 people (via a murphy bed in the living area), it is a little small for 4 adults and the dinette table only has 2 chairs. Bedroom bed was very comfortable.
