Downstairs provides an open floor plan with fully renovated and equipped kitchen, large dining area, half bath and living area with a large flat screen TV. Cable TV, Wi-Fi & DVD provided. First Floor bedroom off living room has a trundle bed. Outdoor deck located on first floor with seating to enjoy time with family and friends. I would love that it was a quiet part of the beach, but close enough to restaurants and bars. If you have a dog they will love it the beach is dog, friendly and beautiful. The only thing I wish is it have a big deck with a grill

My adult children and I stayed here for a week. Properly was exactly as described. Quiet area a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be booking this property again! Loved it!

Beach access is across the road (very busy highway to be crossing with small kids) and definitely a hike to navigate with beach coolers, wagons, and chairs… lots of stairs to get to the beach. The beds were extremely hard, we bought a king size memory foam topper to try to help make it through. We did leave it because those toppers are impossible to roll back up. The pool is an older one. It needed to be cleaned when we got there. It was full of crabs and dead ones at that . The place was clean, but not kid friendly. We left a day early.

My only complaint is that I was under the impression that the venue was closer to both the beach AND the pool. With small children, it was tough getting them to their favorite places.

We loved the home! Nice location, the beach access is not right across the road, it is a little ways past the apartments but still very close. Apartment was clean and had everything that was needed. Restaurants and family activities were close by. The pool was a nice accessory. Would definitely book again!

This was our first time staying at a property that wasn’t on the beach side of the road. I was so nervous that getting onto the beach each day would be a hassle but this house is perfectly situated for quick access!

This is a beautifully updated townhome in a very quiet neighbourhood. Right across the street from the beach and a short distance from St Augustine Beach. Many fabulous restaurants nearby. We loved the big kitchen for cooking and having everyone together. Comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms were a big plus. We hope to be back next year. We really enjoyed this property. Everything was exactly as pictured on the listing. It was very clean and comfortable and you can tell it has been recently remodeled. The location is very close to the beach so no car needed 🏖️ We would definitely stay here again!

Upon arrival the bed my husband and I stayed in had dog/cat hair all over it. To me that's unacceptable because it shows that they did not even change the bed before the next guest arrived. I am also allergic to dogs/cats and even though we changed the sheets, my husband got a blanket from downstairs and put it on the bed late at night and now my eyes are swollen and my nose is crazy stuffy and some other symptoms as well. There was other people's hair in the bathroom and when we swept we found hair that clearly wasn't ours in the downstairs area. The condo itself was pretty nice it's just the cleanliness for me was a big deal. Several dishes were not clean and the pool was fine but looks way better in the pictures. Overall a nice area and a quick walk to the beach but I do not think I will be staying there again.

Very reasonable and nicely provisioned. Only complaint is that one of the king beds listed is a trundle next to daybed. It has wheels so rolls away. It still worked for us. Everything else was great.

This place is the cleanest by far :) .It’s close to the beach and outdoor outings . Check in/out was a breeze and the owner gave clear instructions to get in . Thank you - it’s just what we needed:)

Excellent getaway location, located right next to crescent beach. Beaches weren't crowded during our visit, and the weather was perfect despite predicted tropical storm. Clean, and enough space for 4 adults and an infant. Couldn't hear neighbors through the shared wall either, which was another added benefit.

I rented this to attend my Grandson's high school graduation in St. Augustine. It was a perfect location to get to activities and not be in a crowded area. The condo was perfect for the number of us staying. I particularly loved the small bedroom off the living area, where I stayed with my little dog. I could take her out the back door without disturbing anyone else. The place was extremely clean and close enough to the beach to walk or ride and park to get on. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall, we were very impressed with this property. The unit was very clean, well stocked and even had beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for the beach. Cleanliness is very important and the property management did a great job assuring everything was clean. Pre-arrival I had a couple of questions and were promptly and accurately answered. The walk to the beach took about 2 minuets which made the trip even more enjoyable. The only negative I could report was the King sized bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable as it sagged in the middle. I plan on visiting this area again and will not hesitate to stay here.

I absolutely loved the building we stayed in, it was spacious, cozy, and beautiful. About a 2 minutes walk from the beach and most of the walk is just getting over the pier that links the road to the beach. This part of the beach was mostly private as well so we didn’t have any problems with over crowding and finding a good spot to lay out our stuff. The only issue we came across was we didn’t bring shampoo because mini travel containers are usually provided and we were also only provided with 2 mini trash bags. Other than those minor inconveniences, we had a perfect stay at a perfect place.

It was a lovely place. I loved that it offered 2 1/2 baths, especially for 5 adults and a potty training toddler, and also pet friendly. We met some of the permanent residents and they were very friendly. The layout was great and I know we’ll come back again. The location was spot on. Crescent Beach is a nice quiet place and perfect for the laid back. Here are just a couple of things, one reviewer mentioned that the downstairs toilet didn’t flush properly, and we found that also. My husband is handy and went and bought a new handle to fix the problem. Now, no worries. Also, I wish there had been a notebook to give us more information, re: pool. We found out that you needed a key to open the pool gate and bathrooms. What was nice is we found Pat on our walking and she let us know. Also, in the notebook points of interest and it can include check out information. I want to end on a positive note and say when I called the rental office, they were quick to reply.

The condo was super cute and roomy enough for our stay. The location was perfect. The public beach access is a 3 minute walk…perfect! The drive into St. Augustine was easy as well. We would definitely stay again.
