Located in Atlanta, this attractive condo for $101 per night is a great option for your next trip. Our suite is on the 18th floor of Peachtree Towers. We are located at the corner of Peachtree Street and Baker, across from the Hyatt Regency, three blocks from Centennial Olympic Park. Thank you for considering our suite. My wife and I own two units at Peachtree Towers and have been actively managing proprietors on VRBO, HomeAway since 2010. Check out our great reviews, and other listings: 18th floor: Vrbo 632288 Our condo has 600 sq ft living space, full living room, separate bedroom, stocked kitchen, full screened patio, remodeled bathroom with linens, towels and blankets. Condo has internet, WiFi and flat screen HD TV. Our building has 24x7 security and Concierge. There is a queen sized bed in bedroom and separate queen pull out sleeper sofa in living room. Please keep in mind that sleepers are great for additional accommodations, however, they are not the equivalent of a bed. We have purchased one of the more comfortable ones from IKEA, but a sleeper is a sleeper. We are one block from 'Peachtree Center' MARTA rail station. Atlanta is well served by Lyft and Uber. We are notorious for traffic and heartily recommend you leave the car at home.

Came to Atlanta for the Peach Bowl. Condo location was perfect. Was able to walk to Mercedes Benz stadium, attractions, and bars/restaurants. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Great property for those who know the area. I recently relocated from the Atlanta area, but this property was perfect for my needs due to its size and location. It was convenient to transit and other areas of the city. Happy with my stay and would recommend.

My son and I headed down to Atlanta for a weekend of sports and sight seeing and the location was great. We easily found it and used the transit with no problems.

The place was really nice and the view of the sunset daily is amazing. The location is great and actually no need for a car with food and activities being walking distance. It has an enclosed patio to avoid bugs or just allowing fresh air to fill the room. The host is very attentive and helpful to needs not even listed. Essentials were provided in addition to assistance with parking. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being an amazing host.

We absolutely loved staying at this Vrbo! It was in a great location, beautiful views , and very cozy loft. Only issue was having to pay $30 a day for parking. Other than that, we highly recommend!

I'll be honest, this is not a bougie place to stay. If that's what you're looking for, this is not it. This is however, a nice enough spot for the money...it's a great value. This is a 1960s high rise tower full of condos and this property has that feel. It's nothing fancy, but... It's clean! It's close to all the downtown ATL things. It works! I'd stay there again given the overall value.

This unit is exactly as described. Bed is comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers, trash chute right by the unit and nice & quiet. I enjoyed my stay.

The condo has great security in place for entry. Close to the MARTA station where we came from the airport. The unit itself was clean and very comfortable. It is an older building, but the unit has been nicely updated. I absolutely loved the screened in balcony for my morning coffee. Overall a great stay.

This condo was great! It is exactly as advertised. Close to everything downtown Atlanta. I parked my car and didn’t have to move it for the entire stay. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely book again.

We stayed in this building in other apartments in the past because of the closeness to the Mart. This is the first apartment that had a good bed where we could actually get some sleep. Everything was neat, clean and very good.

We have stayed in this complex many times since we have been coming to Market. We like to cook when we come. The kitchen was not clean it was greasy. The garbage disposal did not work and it smelled. It was adequately stocked with cooking supplies. The bar needs better support underneath. The sofa has a smell and should be cleaned. One roll of toilet paper would have been nice. Very poor lighting in the bedroom. The bed sags but we did find the brace underneath had falling and we tried to fix it. It would be nice to know on the front end of supplies we need to provide and bring with us on arrival. AND yes we would stay here again because you have a nice size unit. Attention to details would make it almost perfect.

The property was as advertised. The check-in process was super simple. It’s within walking distance of pretty much anything you’d want to do downtown. Would stay again.

The apartment was great. Nice and Clean. The outside of the place is another matter. Several homeless camped right outside the building. Harassed every time we went out. Our rental car and 2 others were broken into at parking lot by building. Let me reiterate - once we were inside the building everything was terrific.

The condo is in a building that is safe and clean. Just minutes from MARTA as well as major attractions. Easy to walk anywhere downtown. Michael was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Overall, the property was GREAT! Everything we needed was within walking distance so definitely no need for a car. My only “complaint” which really wasn’t even a big deal was the concierge not letting us check-in initially. A quick call to Michael and it was all taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to our friends/family. Thanks for the great stay!

We found the property to be just right for our family of three. Within walking distance to major attractions, 24 hour concierge, and the owners were friendly and easy to work with. It is an older building in Atlanta, but we stayed cool and loved the screened-in patio.
