Remember the vacation you ditched shoes and socks in favor of a pretty great ‘flip-flop tan line?’ This is the barefoot bliss you’ve been dreaming of - found at gorgeous beachfront condo Sea Place 11209. As a 2-story unit, your friends and family will enjoy enough space to alternately hang out together and sneak in some peace and quiet. Sleeping 6, this unit accommodates either a large family or 3 couples traveling together. Throughout, the unit is ideally beach-cottage chic. Muted tones of coral, teal, and sand perfectly match the natural surroundings outside. As for the main attraction? That would be the view. Spanning 180 degrees and then some, you can drink in Floridian splendor from daybreak each morning. Where better to do this than from one of your two oceanfront balconies? Downstairs, your living room extends through wide sliding doors to a large balcony with glider seating for four with tables. Upstairs, the master suite’s lucky occupants enjoy a second, private balcony - its comfy Adirondack chairs with a table for those sunrise breakfasts and a glider swing make for a perfect contemplation space. Enjoy the living room’s clever use of space, where a sleeper sofa and a loveseat perfectly round out a comfy visiting area. Beach pictures frame the unit’s 65 inch HDTV and Blue Ray Player. This is a sunny room filled all morning with light reflecting off the nearby ocean. You’re even near enough to hear the crashing waves. A teak dining suite fits comfortably between the living area and adjacent kitchen. Fully stocked, your designated chef remains part of the action thanks to a large pass-through window and breakfast bar space. On hand to facilitate fantastic meals are all the equipment you might need, including an oven, stove, microwave big fridge/freezer and dishwasher. This condo is in the perfect spot for easy beach access and close proximity to the pool. It’s a bit dated but with those views, chipping paint & what not can be easily overlooked! There are plenty of restaurants and a Publix close by as well. Great vacation, overall!

The location was perfect and what we wanted. The condo was okay. Needs better cleanliness (mold in bathroom, rust around bathroom faucets, dirty toilet, dirty cutlery in kitchen drawer, kitchen towels were old, rugs in bathroom were nasty- looked like they never have been washed, and found a few small roaches in kitchen), master bed was noisy with any move and a bit hard. Could use some updates throughout (kitchen drawer came off track, cabinets were unglued, mixed two colored blinds, light bulbs were yellow and some switches didn't do anything, door key device is rusted). VTrips (host) should improve responsiveness. Reported several issues and no response, even reported low battery (was chirping) with fire alarm device at 10am and didn't receive a response until after 1pm. With some attention to details and TLC this could be an amazing place.

We loved the location of this property, the booking company was great to work with and checkin/out was seamless. A quick walk to the beach was great! I asked before checking if there was a pod coffee machine and sauté pan and was told no, but this property has both as well as a coffee pot and is well stocked with all other kitchen items. It seems that the owners have made a lot of DIY fixes to the property with the painting upstairs looking patchy, the accent wall in the master is buckling and separating from the ceiling, the blinds are all different colors and let in too much light in the early mornings. The outlets in the master are just floating in the wall instead of being a-fixed to the sheetrock and the tiling in the shower is very lumpy. Good stay, but house needs to be updated by a professional.

I've stayed at Sea Place many times but this is the first time when we walked in there was a hundred bugs all over the place maintenance came out the next morning sprayed and we dealt with bugs the rest of the trip dead bugs and curtains didn't work in the toilet didn't work right but it had a great View

We did however enjoy the balconies and the balcony furniture very much.

We spent a week at sea place 11 209. It has many pluses. The location is great. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Close to many restaurants and shopping. The condo itself was very comfortable and great for our family.

Beautiful views
The condo was in good location. The condo needs alittle updating! The fees you pay for cleaning is alittle much bc it had a mold toilet brush sitting beside the downstairs bathroom! It had cobwebs under some of the furniture and looked like No one dusted in weeks!

Wonderful
This condo and beach was the best we have stayed at as a family. It was clean, right on the water, wonderful view and lots of space. We have 0 complaints. It was a quiet place but close to all the eateries. The beach wasn't crowded and the sand was beautiful.
