Situated in Moab, this lovely condo for $182 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This light and airy 300+ sq ft condo is an excellent home base for enjoying Moab's many activities. There are lots of restaurant options within walking distance for take out or dine-in, indoor and outdoor seating. Check for current Arches National Park entrance requirements before visiting on discovermoab.com The Center Street Suite #2 is a lovely, centrally located spot to spend your vacation. This suite is much bigger than most hotel rooms, has its own entrance from the street with a private patio area and is very quiet. The bath has a large walk-in shower, the bed is king sized, and the closets spacious. For your enjoyment a flat screen smart TV with WIFI and HDMI cable is attached to stream from your personal devices. WE do not offer regular TV in any of our units. The separate locked bike storage area will keep your valuable rides safe and secure. The mini kitchen has a fun, retro styled, fridge and microwave, plus a coffeemaker and dishes, enough for simple food prep if you don't feel like going out to one of our many great local eateries. You might spend your day in the parks, go rafting on the Colorado, walk or ride bikes on the hundreds of miles of trails close by, or just relax with a good book. A short walk will take you to restaurants, shops, spas, bookstores, musical events and city parks. A visit to any of the great bike shops or the Moab Information Center (one block away) will give you all the info you need for a fantastic Moab adventure. Very efficient and well thought out design in the apartment. Very comfortable bed. That’s a plus after walking trails at Arches all day. Could walk to anything we needed. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

If you are going to Moab this is the place to stay! Very accessible to everything! Great size room with everything you need. Very comfortable. Have stayed here twice now and VERY happy both times!

We enjoyed our stay in Moab. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Only a few miles from Arches. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area!

Everything was good except for the TV. Only cable hookups to HDMI for phones provided. Neither of them worked for either an android or iPhone. Having a smart tv with app options would have allowed us to access our personal apps.

This rental is absolutely perfect for 2! It is just two blocks away from the heart of downtown Moab with all the shops and restaurants. If you are off- roading it’s a couple minute drive to the popular trailheads. The bathroom is great! The bed comfortable. The area is so quiet at night also for being right in town. If you have another couple traveling there are 2 rentals right next to each other.

We had a great stay! Walking distance to so many places and close to the main road out to Arches National Park. Received texts on when the room was ready and updates after leaving. It set the standard as the first stop on our vacation.

We had a wonderful stay here, which was in the perfect location! Being located in the heart of downtown Utah, restaurants and shops were just a block away. The space was clean, cool, and extremely comfortable. My husband and I had the best time in Moab and would absolutely recommend this location! We can't wait to go back for another visit!

Received a text telling me when the unit would be available. We were able to check in early. Checkin was easy and explained clearly. Condo was really cute with red refrigerator and microwave. Sink available with dishes and glasses. Great bathroom with walk in shower. We will definitely stay here again.

I reserved this for myself and adult daughter for a visit to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. I'm so glad I did! The space was clean, very comfortable, quiet, and convenient to parks and downtown Moab. After long days of hiking, we came home, cleaned up, and walked to dinner close by. We could make simple breakfasts and pack lunches here. The listing clearly states that coffee is not provided, so I packed my own.

Perfect location in Moab - off the busy main street but close enough to walk, with restaurants and groceries close by. The suite was clean, cozy and well equipped, and Sheri was super responsive for check-in and any other questions. Would stay here again in a second!

The unit is right in the center of downtown. Convenient short walk to restaurants as close as a half block away. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning person even texted us to let us know she was done cleaning and that we could check in early.

The property was everything we needed for a two night stay in Moab. It felt like a converted store front but the blinds provided privacy and it was far enough from the highway where traffic noise wasn't an issue - the loudest sound at night came from the refrigerator motor or compressor. We enjoyed the decor and had a comfortable stay. Walking distance to a new Mexican Restaurant (El Tapatio #7 - just opened a month ago), a french bakery, and the downtown Moab core. Easy access to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, and Dead Horse State Park.

I was familiar with the town of Moab having been there last year. I love the location of this studio VRBO. Lots of restaurants and shops so close that you can walk to anything. We especially like the Pho restaurant across the street and the natural grocery store WildFlower just a block away. They had ready made sandwiches, salads and soups that we could grab to take to the parks or eat at the studio. The studio was clean and had everything we could need. The bed was nice and comfy and there were plenty of nice soft towels in the bathroom. The little retro fridge was super cute too. I only wish they had a clothes washer and dryer but I knew that was not one of their amenities.
