This was one of my favorite VRBO properties. The view is stunning and the balcony spacious. The apartment is lovely with lots of space to relax. It is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and quick to help. Location is excellent. We loved walking through the beautiful parks and along the sidewalks that had spectacular overlooks of the ocean. The owner communicated well with us throughout our stay, making sure that we had everything we needed.

Spacious, impeccable view, best neighborhood!
We absolutely loved our stay at Emerson and Cece’s place! The apartment is very spacious. The view is unreal. We will never tire of the smell of the ocean and the incredible sunset every day ♥️ Cece is always available and helpful in our exchanges. We have all we need right here! It’s been an incredible month and wish we couldve stayed longer.

I’ve been using VRBO regularly all over the world, and I’ve never had a bad experience until now. I was planning a visit to Peru and decided to stay in what seemed like a beautiful and comfortable condo for my family. Granted I haven’t been to my native land in over 16 years. On November 9th I received a notification from a host asking me for how many guests. I messaged back 6 adults and 1 child. Between overnight connecting flights, I wasn’t able to see a reply. Fast forward to November 11th. Like I said I have not seen my family in over 16 years and who happened to show up, my father. Of course I was overwhelmed with joy and asked him to stay with us. Fast forward to the condo and immediately get stopped by security asking how many people were there. I said 7 adults and 1 child. He proceeded to say he had to call the one in charge of the apartment. That was followed by Cici in a very demeaning tone of voice saying I was a liar and had only told her 7. I told her I’m really sorry, I didn’t see it as a big deal, we’re all vaccinated and I payed good money for the condo. That infuriates her even more and says my apartment is not a hotel, you can go down the street and pay $40 for a place that will allow me to bring 10+ people. She doesn’t want anyone sleeping on her couches and cannot talk or listen to music after 10 because the guests don’t like that. I told her I had been traveling for the past two nights and I was extremely tired and if we had to, we could sleep on the floor. She said she didn’t care about my excuses and my personal issues were none of her concern. I said, I understand she had 0 empathy but she is in the hospitality business where customer service is a must. That conversation between me begging her to be understanding and not speak to me in that manner, lasted for about 15 minutes and 15 mins after that. This is in a very upscale area of Lima so we were very uncomfortable with the stares we kept receiving from surrounding guests. I told her she was making me feel like a criminal which she then laughs. Even the two security guards were in disbelief and felt bad for us. She then says she didn’t feel safe since she doesn’t know me but knows I’m a liar. I told her I am Registered Nurse in the US, how can you have the audacity to say that. Then, she finally says leave my property and I will refund your money. What was supposed be an emotional happy time, quickly turned into a nightmare because of Cici’s lost of touch with humanity.

Great location and very good communication with the owner. I had trouble with the internet connection and they fixed it right away.
There is a cleaning fee that was not included or mentioned when I booked. It would be good to include this in information provided for the property.

Wonderful location and the property was exactly as promised. Check-in was smooth. Owner, Cici was very prompt in responding to any questions. Very safe location and front desk staff was very professional. We stayed for 5 days and had a great time. I highly recommend this property!! Will stay here again when I return to Lima.

This condo is very comfortable with incredible views. We were visiting for a wedding and when the groom saw this place he had his photographer take his pre wedding pics there. The owner is very nice & helpful with suggestions on places to eat, etc. We were more than pleased with our choice!!

This apartment is incredible! Exquisitely appointed with comfortable furniture throughout. The kitchen is perfect for cooking, stocked with the best cookware and kitchen appliances. Plenty of space to cook in, and I cooked a lot in this kitchen! The bedrooms each have their own en suite bathrooms. There is a small half bath in the common area for Guests.
Every detail of this apartment was carefully planned. The artwork is beautiful! The furniture is perfect for the space and also comfortable! Oh, did I mention the view from the private and spacious balcony? 180 degrees of ocean view and fresh air! Spectacular!
I will stay here every time I return to Miraflores, if it's available! Plan ahead for this place as it is truly a gem! The apartment is huge and well laid out.
The best part of my entire experience at this apartment is Cici, the owner. She communicated with me daily and made sure that everything was perfect, not just good, but perfect! She is well informed about the area, since she lives in this apartment, when she is in Lima. This is her home and she ensures that it is always in the condition that she would want to live in it, at all times. Cici adds an element of security because she was my primary contact for anything. This style of property management is rare and Cici truly made my stay in her home more enjoyable than I could have ever hoped for. I am grateful for this experience and humbled by the hospitality that Cici, and the awesome team of people that care for this property, express in every aspect of this home. Great combination of relaxation and close proximity to restaurants and Lima sites. Perfect place to come back and rejuvenate after touring or over-indulging in Peruvian cuisine. The floor plan is perfect for sharing with friends.

Fantastic view and spacious apartment
We really enjoyed the large balcony with its amazing view. The apartment is very spacious and well designed. Each bedroom has a view (either sea or city) and had its own private bath.We only use the kitchen for breakfast coffee as there are great restaurants around. The location is perfect. It is close to the touristy area but in a family oriented neighborhood. The pool rooftop is very comfortable with a 360 degré view divided with an outdoor area with BBQ, and the exercice room.
The staff in the building is very pleasant and courteous and the owner is extremely responsive. Highly recommended.

The apartment was huge and beautiful, and the large balcony had an expansive view of the ocean and the quirky Maria Reiche park. The location is a short walk from some great restaurants, and the neighborhood felt safe. Out on the balcony it was easy to lose the wifi signal, but overall this was a great place to stay while visiting Lima.

Great Stay
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The owner was very responsive to all our questions and calls. She responded immediately to my emails and text messages. The apartment was in great condition and located in a beautiful area. There is a park with a children's playground directly in front of the apartment which was perfect for us. There are banks with in walking distance for cash and there is a bodega two blocks from the building. There are also restaurants in the neighborhood and it's only a 5 minute uber ride to Larcomar. All the door men were professional and helpful. We will definitely use this apartment again when we return to Lima.
