Good position and good breakfast
I honestly expected much more. There is very little about this hotel that feels “premium.” I contacted them in advance to arrange a driver from the airport, and they never replied—not even afterward. The pool was closed for routine maintenance, but we were given no prior notice and not even offered a discount or alternative.
It was also the only hotel in all of Peru that did not offer to help with our luggage upon arrival. When the pool was open, it was small, crowded, and filled with screaming children—not exactly the relaxing environment they promote online.
Overall, this is an overcrowded, mediocre hotel with services that are well advertised on the website but not delivered in reality. Definitely not worth the price they charge.
