Breakfast was good. Nice safe area. Reception personnel were bilingual making it very easy to book tours and ask for assistance. I was recommended 2 tours and both were booked on short notice. Nothing was too much trouble. I travelled alone for a few day prior to meeting others. The change over of rooms was all managed seamlessly for me.
While El Tambo was only a short walk from the magnificent coastal area, it was a distance to many of the local attractions.

Hotel very well located, nice rooms and breakfast. Staff is very friendly and willing to accomodate the guests’ needs. I would strongly recommend it for holiday stays.

The hotel is quite new, clean, close to the ocean, breakfast included was good and rooms very spacious. I recommend it!

The location was good. About a 10-minute walk to Kennedy Park or to the shopping centre.
Hot water pressure was terrible
Noise from other rooms was heard easily (including a 4am phone alarm going off). Road noise can also be heard.
