The location in Barranco is superb! Very walkable, both during the day and at night. The building is beautiful, full of thoughtfully selected antiques and has a small front garden. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable:) The room was very spacious, the bed very comfortable.
Although the building is beautiful, it is over 100 years old. Therefore, there’s no elevator to the second floor and it is permeated by an old building smell. But, again, it comes with the territory. If you want a contemporary or a new hotel, Casa Falleri is not for you. If you want an unforgettable experience in Lima, it definitely is!

The staff was outstanding. Very polite and helpful with great advice about visiting Lima. We had a taxi pickup arranged from and to the airport and it worked fine. The room was comfortable and spacious with a bathroom and shower. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Baranca, walking distance from the best restaurants and bars in town. We had a great time and strongly recommend this hotel.

Good location if you want to stay in Barranco
The hotel has antiques everywhere, which is ok if you want to give the hotel some character, but you still have to clean them, they were very dusty and the whole hotel just seemed quite dirty and old.
The breakfast was not good, just cold scrambled eggs and bread.
I didn’t think it was great value for money, it was more expensive than a lot of other hotels in Lima.
