Clean. Spacious. Good shower.
Asked for heater at 7pm (previous Wynwood apartments had heater).. When I chased this, with nothing by 10ish I was offered blankets to be brought at midnight.
We agreed a late check-out. They didn't send agreed payment link and I forgot about it. On day of check-out while packing for flight they tried to get me to leave and claimed that since I hadn't paid yet it hadn't been agreed. Eventually they conceded and of course I paid the link they finally sent but it was stress I could have done without.
Reception staff not as friendly and overall experience not nearly as good as last time with Wynwood.
