Jacuzzi in the room, friendly staff and extremely comfortable bed
Toilet paper was missing, minibar was empty, warm water barely worked to fill the jacuzzi - still mostly great!

Excellent staff, good location, staff provided a bag for breakfast on the morning we needed to catch a very early flight.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic and often ran out of food, it was topped up - but it was noticeable they couldn’t keep up with demand. The room was also quite noisy, difficult to sleep.

Having stayed at Hotel Lexus on several occasions, I continue to find it a very reliable option in Lima. The hotel enjoys an excellent location in Miraflores, with numerous restaurants, bars and a shopping centre within easy reach, while public transport connections, including the Metropolitano, make it easy to get around the city. The seafront can be reached on foot, and the historic centre is accessible by bus. A particularly interesting feature is the archaeological site located directly opposite the hotel. The rooms are generously sized, impeccably clean and equipped with large, comfortable beds that ensure a good night's rest. Breakfast offers a satisfying selection of items, including fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, cakes, eggs, sausages and coffee. The hotel also provides airport transfers through trusted taxi services and reliable drivers, which is a considerable advantage in Lima. Most importantly, the staff consistently stand out for their professionalism, kindness and willingness to assist guests.
The only aspect that may affect some guests is the level of traffic noise. As the hotel is situated on one of Miraflores' main avenues, sounds from outside can occasionally be heard in the rooms, particularly because the windows do not provide complete sound insulation. Nevertheless, this is a relatively minor issue and does not overshadow the hotel's many positive qualities or its excellent value for money. Please note that payment is not processed through Booking.com. Instead, the hotel charges guests directly using its own card terminal, with transactions usually made in US dollars. However, payment in Peruvian soles or euros may also be available.

Location was great, shower was excellent. They offer cleaning. Breakfast staff very nice. And the view is great from top of the breakfast room. Wifi also worked good.
Check in wasn't friendly. The lady at reception didn't even welcome me, she hardly gave me any info unless I asked, its like she was bothered that I arrived. Same for check out, same lady, since I left before 6am that day. I asked for a take away breakfast and asked for no meat, the day shift reception wrote it down and I still got sandwich with ham. The hotel is near a very noisy street, so take earplugs. Be aware of no AC only a fan, and Lima is humid.
