Our homes are always cleaned by professional services, and we are now personally inspecting the homes after every cleaning to make sure that extra care has been taken to ensure your safety. All flooring, cabinets, bathrooms, windows, appliances...everything...was replaced to give you the most comfortable experience possible. *Sugarhouse. If you know Salt Lake, you know that this is the hottest, most centrally located neighborhood in the valley. Walking distance to great restaurants, a half-mile to the freeway, 15 min to the SLC airport, 10 min to downtown or the University of Utah, and your favorite ski resort is less than 30 minute away. *Space. Many homes say they sleep 12 people but they are 2/3 bedrooms, meaning people are sleeping in every nook of the house. This home is 4 bedrooms with two large living areas and a gorgeous kitchen. In this home you'll have plenty of space during the day, while the West Elm decorated bedrooms will be warm and inviting at night. *Personal touch. We have both spent our careers in the hotel industry and we know what makes a great overnight experience. We are NOT a vacation rental management company, trying to juggle hundreds of visitors per night. Wonderful home and very clean. The only downside there was not any shampoo and body wash in upstairs bathroom but no big deal for sure.

We were in the Sugar House area for a wedding and this worked perfect for us. We loved gmhav8ng the park across the street and being able to easily walk each morning for coffee but best of slll, this prpperty was SO Clean! My experienxed "vrbo-renting" daughter-in-laws said it was the cleanest house they had ever stayed in! Emily was quick to respond to my questions prior to our stay and the check- in process was easy. Our only recommendation would be to add a mirror to the other bedroom upstairs (very minor!) We would definitely stay again!!! THANK YOU!

This place was perfect! My son lives nearby, so the location was great. This house was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals there. There’s a park across the street to walk in, coffee and ice cream and restaurants at a walkable distance. We had a great time and will stay again!

The house is very comfortable for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked and great to cook in. The owners were attentive and easy to work with. We would stay again and recommend to others as well.

Enjoyed a fun week with my family! The house was very spacious. Loved having the sitting areas on the both the first floor and the lower level. Both were great spaces to gather, play games and watch TV. The kitchen was well stocked and the open concept made cooking and entertaining very easy. Will definitely come back again. 😁

This is a very well appointed home with all the essentials stocked, nice linens, hand soaps and sufficient cookware and basics for your dining in needs The home accommodates four couples comfortably with ample space and seating . It is across a busy street from a nice walking park and has good freeway access. The parking can be a challenge.

This house has either just been built or is completely remodeled the home is very clean and has more added bonuses than any other VRBO I have stayed at… It’s nice to check into a place and not have to worry rather there’s going to be salt and pepper.. that sort of thing… would definitely recommend for families. It has a great view of the mountains in the backyard.

The house was perfect for a large family, very cool and comfortable (and if you have small kids, having Sugarhouse Park across the street is a definite plus!) When there was an appliance hitch, Emily was quick to respond and the problem was fixed right away. Highly recommended!
