Nestled in West Custer Township, this charming cabin for $425 per night is a great option for your next trip. Beautiful, custom 3500 square foot square log cabin on the edge of Custer. The main floor of the cabin has two bedrooms. The master has a king log bed with full bath and walk in closet. The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen log bed and closet. There is a full bathroom across the hall from the second bathroom. The living room is open with leather furniture and a rock fireplace. The kitchen has modern appliances and is large and open to the living and dining areas. It is fully stocked with everything you may need if you wish to cook your own meals. A laundry room is also on the main floor and has a washer and dryer if you need it. A patio door opens off the dining room to the back deck, which has a gas grill for your use. The attached two car garage opens to the main floor hallway. The loft overlooks the living and dining areas and has one bedroom with a king bed. There are two additional sleeping areas in the loft that have one queen bed, one double bed, and one twin bed. The loft also has a full bathroom with shower. From the cabin it is a short drive to Custer State Park, Crazy Horse Monument, Jewel Cave National Monument, Wind Cave National Park and the Needles Highway. If you enjoy trout fishing, Legion Lake, Sylvan Lake, Stockade Lake and Bismarck Lake are all a short drive. Sturgis - home of the world famous Sturgis Motorcycle Rally - is a little over an hour away and Historic Deadwood is less than an hour drive. Evans Plunge and the Mammoth Site in Hot Springs are a short 30 mile drive. Rocky Knolls golf course is within walking distance and there are numerous other beautiful golf courses in the area. Access to the Mickelson trail is just five minutes away. There are numerous large granite outcroppings on the property and you are sure to see deer and turkey, as they frequent the property. The back deck is a perfect place to view the wildlife from and the front porch stretches the span of the cabin.

The house was amazing, very clean, owner very responsive, no problems with home or area, deer out the back door every day, turkeys most days, a lot of wildlife and pure nature, conveniently located just outside of Custer downtown area. Would love to come back to this home in the future.

This cabin is gorgeous with so much room. We enjoyed the porch and gas grill. VERY comfortable beds, has every imaginable appliance and utensils .Location is close to e erything we had planned to do. Great spot for a home base location for hiking! The beds were amazingly comfy! Brain was super responsive and easy to work with! The end of our stay did not go the way with hoped with a bit of a family emergency so had to leave in a rush which was so sad, but i would not hesitate to book again!

Wonderful property with plenty of space for 8 adults. Nicely furnished with everything we needed for cooking meals. We enjoyed the nearby bike trails, but rain kept us in one day. Great time to play games, watch movies and nap!

It’s been said before, but the pictures do not do this cabin justice. It was much more beautiful and comfortable then we expected. The location is ideal for any Black Hills excursion but especially everything in Custer State Park. The cabin was insanely comfortable, very well maintained and we looked forward to coming back and relaxing after the days activities. This will be our first choice when returning to the Custer area. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

there were 8 of us and there was more than plenty of room for that many more. bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple. there was lots of room. clean bathrooms, deer, turkeys and other critters. Close to Crazy Horse, Mount Rushmore, The Needles, Eavens Plunge, Shopping and much more. you won't go wrong on this home.

The house and property were great. My wife and I plus my niece and her hubby from California. Close to everything we wanted to see. We were busy feeding the deer and the wild turkeys every day. Seems that carrots and apples were the favorite of the deer and corn/ seed was a hit with the turkeys.

Had a great stay! The Cabin is in a great Location to Custer and most attractions and monuments. This was a great place and very clean. Had alot of deer outside every day. The only thing they could improve upon is the water heater. After 2 people have had a shower consecutively the hot water ran out. So you would need space out showers. Other than that it was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Lovely home, very clean, and well-stocked. Great layout with room for everyone. Owner was very easy to work with and responsive to communication. Only issue we had was getting there late at night and the driveway was hard to see. That being said, the house and property were well worth it! If you’re looking for a place to stay near Custer, this one should definitely be considered!

The pictures on the site don’t do the house justice. It is amazing! The house was very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Big garage that was nice to keep 4 motorcycles in with plenty of room for more. Was minutes from Custer shops and restaurants and easy ride to sturgis and Deadwood. Highly recommend this house

Loved the property and location. Celebrate our 50th Anniversary with our whole family. Very nice place, lots of room and great outdoor space too. Only downside was no AC but did cool down nicely in the evenings.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Cabin was beautiful with everything we needed! But the last day of our stay was hot and we wished we had air conditioning, but we managed! Definitely stay again but earlier or later in the summer.

Highly recommend this property. Kids loved exploring the grounds, climbing on rocks, pine cone war. Layout of house provided multiple spaces for adults and children to relax. Close drive to Custer, Game Lodge, Sylvan Lake, Crazy Horse. Cleanest VRBO ever stayed in. Property Manager quickly responded to all of our questions.
