Location, the service.. Most of all the staff was very helpful and accommodating.
We did not have a breakfast buffet like in other Sheraton Hotels in Japan. It was a only a choice between 5 small different meals.

The breakfast is served at Yayoi restaurant. It’s an interesting experience. The location is good, near business zone.
The sheets weren’t very clean, the room is also not well cleaned. I could see obvious stains on the bed sheet cover. Could hear the cars passing by, although it’s not loud. It’s a small room, smaller than it appears in the picture.
