Great location for walking to Gion and the temples. Quiet.
Accessible konbinis and supermarkets within close distance.
Bus stop and metro both nearby.
Friendly and kind front desk staff.
Great to have our own washing machine and the shower could be converted into a drying room
which was great.
The AC wasn’t great
The room was quite small for our family of 4 - there was no seating area to chat or eat when the sofa beds were converted.

Absolutely loved this place it had everything we needed as a family of 4, close to all the transport hubs. Highly recommend if you need a base in Kyoto. The staff were very friendly too. Many thanks.
