We invite you to relax and play on the beautiful and sunny south shore of Kauai in this 3rd-floor studio. (no elevators) The studio looks over Prince Kuhio Park and has an ocean view. Each of our properties is privately owned and represents value, comfort, and amenities specific to the unit.

The property was as listed. The beach equipment was very useful. The communication with property management was excellent. The only negative was the bed. It was very high off the floor and a little to soft for our liking.

This was a wonder place to stay. It served its purpose of a place to sleep and cook meals. Very clean property. The view is absolutely beautiful. We plan on absolutely staying again.

This is the cutest condo in a great area! We absolutely loved it! Slept great; the bed is comfy and the amenities were as advertised. We will stay again! Thank you!

She was communicating in the beginning, but unable to reach her about a late checkout for the last 2.5 days we were there. Unfortunately, sounds like a family emergency on her end. Sorry to hear that. Amenities such as hand soap in the bathroom, shampoo conditioner where we can find it would be great. Also, extra washcloths would have been great since there was only 1 for 2 of staying the whole trip. A privacy screen on the patio would be nice. No hot water in the kitchen sink, but scalding hot water in the shower. Barely turn the knob on the hot side and it would burn you. We had to rush our showers. The location was amazing and the bed was super comfortable!
