Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including all six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, the kitchen, dining room, living room, and game room. Outside, you'll find a private pool and outdoor seating. The house is equipped with a washer, dryer, and BBQ grill for your convenience. Check-in is a breeze with keyless entry, starting at 3 PM. Early entry is not permitted unless previously approved by a team member.

Once these items have been used, it is the guests responsibility to replenish what they will need for the remainder of their stay.
*Please note that items such as spices, cooking oils/sprays, storage containers, bags, foil, coffee, coffee filters etc are not provided by Beach Reunion. These items must be purchased for your stay at the home.*
Interaction with Guests:
Our office is open 7 days a week with daily hours of 9am to 5pm central. We encourage guests to text/call our office staff or send a direct email to best assist. We do ask that any issues maintenance/housekeeping issues are brought to our attention no later than 24 hours after check-in to allow us the opportunity to rectify the situation. *Please note refrigerators can take up to 24 hours to cool back down once loaded with groceries. Please allow time before calling the office. The after hours emergency number is meant only for true emergencies, whole house power outages, catastrophic leaks, fire etc. Pool issues are not considered an emergency.
For your final balance due, please note that If you would like to use a credit card, there will be a 2% processing fee added onto the final balance amount at time of charge. You are also able to use our electronic check feature (no additional fees) by providing your routing and account number to a team member via phone. If more than 60 days out, you are able to mail a check to our office address.

We loved our stay. The short walk to the beach was great! The house is beautiful. Warning, it does have a lot of stairs but that was no issue to our crew. If anything we joked about getting our steps in. It was perfect for the kids to have their own space to hang out. Two dishwashers in the kitchen were a game changer for our party of 15. We thought that was a great design idea for a house that holds a lot of people. Parking is a little tight since it is a dead end but we rented a golf cart and had no trouble at all. We would definitely stay at this house again.

The house was great! Management was easy to talk to and helped us with any questions or concerns we had. The stairs are a bit of a doozy, but once you get unloaded it’s fine. The pool and outdoor area was perfect after a day at the beach. Access to the beach is super close and easy to get to! The spacious balconies are perfect for a morning coffee or evening cocktail with music. We had a couple minor issues, but maintenance was quick to show up and fix them! The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect for a mix of couples and singles.

1. Garbage cans smell very bad2. lamps were very dusty 3. not enough bowls for 18 people 4. refrigerator was not cleaned 5. ice maker was not working 6. vacuum is not working and it’s loaded with dust7. bedding was not provided for sofa beds 8. sofa beds were dirty with garbage inside 9. house was not vacuumed 10. cleaning team acted like they did not see these things 11. bedsheets, fitted sheets and pillows were dirty and had stains on them.12. shower curtain had mold13. when we checked in not enough toilet paper and shampoo and conditioner were provided14. Found some cockroaches
