Situated in Camden, this charming house for $470 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Please see our Facebook page and Instagram page for more pictures , videos and reviews @harborbreezecamden . PLEASE NOTE : Must rent first floor apt to sleep 15 and get three bathrooms ( additional fees will be added 175-350 a night depending on season) please request the apartment if additional space is needed. FIRST FLOOR APT IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR. Harbor Breeze is a beautiful 6 Bedroom mother daughter ( two family ) Home on Sea Street overlooking quaint Camden Harbor.This unique property has a 4 bd main house , and a Two bedroom apartment ( NOT available during school year ) Air Conditioning in both spaces. May be rented together or separately ,both have seperate entrances. . Enjoy the views, watch the schooners ,kayak the coast, walk 1 block to town. Listen to the waterfalls from our deck. The main house begins on the second floor , here you will find the Kitchen with Viking stove and all stainless steel appliances, Dining Area, Living Room, Deck, King Bedroom with en suite Bathroom which has a jacuzzi tub and shower. Second bedroom has a Queen bed, Shared Bathroom with tub/shower and Laundry. 3rd Level has two bedrooms - Bedroom one has- 1 queen , 1 Full bed , and Bedroom two has 2 twin beds which can also be converted to king ( please request if needed) . The third level also has a nice reading area. Our deck has a beautiful state of the art BBQ where you can enjoy views of Camden, Mt Battie and the Inner Harbor. Day Sailing on Old Schooners from Camden Bay, Sea Kayaking, Hiking,and Boat Ramp is only one block away.. Everything is provide for you , just bring your bags!! Also if you need cribs, pack and plays , strollers or high chair . We can provide at no extra cost.

Location in Camden was ideal for a big group, easily could walk to downtown and plenty of parking. Water view from some of the bedrooms, however the view from the living room is unfortunately blocked by a restaurant and distillery. Was very nice to be close to those. However, there was some cleanliness issues with obviously stained sheets, a bathroom sink that easily clogged up, and several dead flies and other bugs. Now bugs happen in the fall, but the sheets not being clean was worrisome. The listing was also not clear as it’s advertised as sleeping 15 but then in the details of the listing it says actually it’s only 9 people and you’d have to book another property (the apartment) to be 15. Ended up being fine for us, but was confusing. Worked for what we needed, good location, but didn’t live up to expectations.

This house was awesome for our family to gather for my daughter's wedding. The wedding party got ready in the beautiful living room and there was plenty of room. Walkable to town and the wedding venue made this spot ideal. Seamless check in and check out.

First Camden is a lovely town, and the house is conveniently located, which allowed us to walk into town. We rented the main living area as well as the apartment. I want to say that Ana was responsive to our requests about the Direct TV service and propane for the BBQ. Some things could not be remedied during our stay without disrupting our time at the house.
The weather during our stay was, rainy, hot, and humid. These conditions require air conditioning. The listing clearly states that the property was airconditioned. Unfortunately, the units supplied worked but were not adequate to cool the house. The wall mounted unit in the kitchen was supposed to cool the kitchen and the entire open concept living spaces. Three bedrooms had free standing units, vented to the outside and were not effective to cool the individual rooms. Air conditioning in the Master suite consisted of a floor box fan, nothing else. With the space not temperature controlled the entry door scraped the wood floor and was difficult to open.
The apartment had one free standing air conditioner unit for the entire apartment. The unit was not vented to the outside and pumped the exhaust heat back into the room. The apartment smelled of mildew.
This is an older home with some updates. Truthfully it looks neglected, worn, and needs a good deep cleaning with attention to many details. The property has a lot of potential. We made the best of the time we spent in Camden. The value for our money,

I rented this home for family to stay in during a wedding weekend in Camden and to host a small bridal luncheon. The house was amazing. The hosts were amazing. The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 8 with plenty of space for all. The kitchen was great and well appointed for lots of cooking which we did. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions or issues we had. It was extremely clean and most of all comfortable and felt like home for the 4 days we were there. The hosts were also very accommodating when on our departure day one of ours cars would not start and they were very understanding and helpful with the situation. Great location for all the fun things in Camden. We will definitely rent this home again!

Great location, easy to walk into town. Great space to spend time with family. Some beds were old and caved in, was not comfortable. Some sheets were not washed prior to our arrival and the carpet on the stairs was not vacuumed. Overall, the stay was good.

Our family stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The location is great. You can walk to the harbor, and the view from the deck is outstanding. The house came with everything we needed. The large lobster pot was perfect for our lobster dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

The owners were nice enough snd I guess for the price it was what we should have expected (I really don’t know) but I would not recommend this property.

It was awesome
Everything was just as shown. It was a beautiful place to stay. There were 10 of us women that Have known each other for at least 40 years we all had a fabulous vacation.We also had plenty of space we only rented the house part but there was more than enough room for us. And the host was great although we did not need her very much it was very easy to arrive and depart. The walk downtown was amazing and extremely beautiful and we were so close to other little towns around. I would totally rebook this property if I ever end up back in Camden and I think everybody else in the party would agree.

What an amazing home! We fell in love with the gorgeous windows with great views. Plenty of rooms & mirrors for 10 ladies to truly relaxing and enjoy some time in Camden. We couldn't have had a more enjoyable experience! Thank you so much Ana!

The picture window looked out onto an old construction building and a huge parking lot, the neighborhood was fine until you reached the end of the road which is where this house is which was completely run down surrounded by other run down houses. We stayed for 5 minutes and left to drive 21/2 hours back home.

Christmas at Harbor Breeze
This is our second time staying at Harbor Breeze over Christmas week. Ana is always quick to respond to questions. The beds are comfy and the view is great.

Good location but some wear and tear
The house had plenty of space for 8 people and the location was great. It's within walking distance of downtown Camden. It didn't quite live up to the pictures though. There was a lot more wear and tear than we thought there would be. My mom hurt her ankle when she sat on a chair that clearly had already been broken and it collapsed. Also, the beds were very soft and not very comfortable. There was kind of a musty smell in some rooms also.

Great Place!
We had a group of 10 women staying for 5 days. We all loved the house and location. There was plenty of room for us. We had a dinner with 11 people and we didn't feel crowded. The hosts were very easy to work with. I'd stay there again and would recommend.

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Town
We had never been to Maine before our visit to Camden and it did not disappoint. The house was awesome. The pictures don’t do it justice, in my opinion. There are steps to go into the house so be aware if that’s a problem for you. But once inside, the view was magnificent and the house was clean and well appointed. We booked the apartment too and that was just as nice and right next door. We loved the downtown shopping and took a sunset cruise on the Schooner Olad which I also recommend. They have a downtown store to book your cruise and they offer cruises all day from morning until sunset. I highly recommend this property and this town. Ana was great to work with also! Great experience. Thank you, Ana.

Property was ideal for my family. We were at Camden for a family wedding. Enough room for everyone. Bathrooms were fabulous. Kitchen and great room was a great gathering place. Great family location. Everything was within walking distance.
