Rose 15 minutes, while the Northstar, Squaw Valley, and Alpine Meadows is only 30 minutes away. You can travel to Heavenly in So. Lake Tahoe in 45 minutes. This is a specious two-story unit with 2-bedroom, 1 ½ baths to accommodate two couples or a family of four. This condo get-away has been updated with Blue-Ray DVD player and 2 50’’ Smart TV with access to Netflix and WiFi. Sip up Mimosas on a large deck, fire up the grill, and enjoy the beauty of Tahoe pines. Holidays booking information- There is no check-in or check-out on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year Day. Our cleaning company works hard during the year to serve all our guests and we want to give them the opportunity to spend time with their family and create memories that will last forever. Nice condo, but unit and complex does NOT have a hot tub as described on the listing. Also, the space is nice and clean but kitchen is sparsely furnished, with only one wine glass and a couple of pans. We reached out to the owner/property manager who indicated she thought that was adequate and seemed unaware that this listing is on Expedia. She was also not apologetic at all for the fact the listing shows a hot tub when there is none. Otherwise a very good option for 4 people who don't mind sharing beds and having a small table for meals.

The unit is lovely, perfect for a couple or two couples. Excellent kitchen and supplies, comfortable master bed, lots of room, good location. One reservation is the claim that it's "close to the beach"; a "short drive to the beach" is more accurate. And there is a fee to enter most of the Lake Tahoe, NV beaches (while those in Lake Tahoe, CA, a 10-minute drive away, are open to the public for no fee). Still, overall, and especially if going to the beach is not a key feature of your visit, a 5-star experience.

Vanda was an amazing accommodating host! She let us check in early and was so understanding when Sunday came around and offered us a late check out (storm/highways closed) with the option to extend if possible at the last minute. She was able to make our trip a lot more at ease knowing we had options in case we were stuck. The cabin was very clean and the beds were super comfy. Directions were easy to follow and communication were easy. Perfect size for a group of 4. Especially liked the living room layout as we were stuck inside a lot due to weather so it made movie watching optimal!

We were glad to have found this place. It is very comfortable and equipped with all the things you need to have a pleasant stay. The only complaint was the pillows. Easy fix! 😄

This property was very clean and tidy… massive king bed, fast internet, nice neighborhood… although it is ‘close’ to the beach, beach access is not easy because you need an incline village ID pass to get on the beach… the property manager was great and sent over her personal card so we could access the beach, but access isn’t as easy as one would assume… overall I had a great time at this property…

Literally in the heart of Incline Village, 10-minute walk from Starbucks, Raley’s grocery store, the local dispensary, and even from the beach! My only cautionary note would be for people who find stairs challenging, both bedrooms are at the top of a fairly steep flight. But overall this is a great place to stay!

Property was very clean and in good location. Otherwise, the unit is sparse, with basic, cheap furnishings and essentially no decor at all. Uncomfortable mattresses. Bath was updated, but that was it. The rest of the unit was extremely dated. Overall, not a pleasant stay, especially for anyone that wants to use a property beyond a place to sleep.

Property was appropriately advertised. More than enough for two people and ample space for four if needed. Ideally located near north shore, quite neighborhood. Close enough to access all of Lake Tahoe and Truckee.

This condo is in a great location. You can walk to restaurants, movies, bowling, as well as the beach. It is an older condo but it was very clean and comfortable for our stay. Quiet at night. Vanda was very quick to respond when our initial access code did not work. Kitchen was well equipped with coffee and basic spices. Will stay again:)

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Although the kitchen was missing a few key essentials (eg. measuring cups, mixing bowl, baking sheet/broiler pan), we had everything else we needed. Lots of towels which is always a plus! Could have used an extra fan or two but luckily the weather wasn't too hot when we were there. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had before and during our stay. Overall, a pleasant stay!

We stayed the property during the president week for 3 nights. Vanda was always very prompt for any kind of questions. The place was very cute and neat. There were all kinds of kitchen stuff including different kinds of spices! I cooked every meal and I was so happy to have them all. There are a wall-mounted TV in the living room and the master bed room and Netflix is available. We were stuck in the house most of the time due to the heavy snow. However, having those TV and cooking options made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Everything (good restaurants, a sledding place, a grocery store, and Diamond Peak) is very close to the property. It was more than enough room for just family of 4 and we will definitely consider to come back next year:)

Lovely little place with everything you would need for a pleasant stay, even cooking oil and condiments. When we told the owner that there was no hairdryer, she had a brand new one brought over right away. The only negative thing I can think of is that the beds were a little old and soft.

The owner was accommodating. The condo was hard to find because there was no visible property number on the outside of the building. The parking space was very tight when there was a lot of snow. The unit was basic but cleaned. The listing said shower gel is provided but there wasn't any. It would be nice if there is more coffee, there was only enough for one pot and we stayed two nights. It would also be nice if there is a hair dryer and a luggage rack. Overall a good experience.
