Located in Incline Village, this charming condo for $213 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This is a centrally located, low elevation, close to the lake condo with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, accommodating a max of four people. The spacious bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, memory foam mattresses, nightstands and one dresser. Both new carpeted bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a full bathroom with whirlpool tub. The bedrooms have ceiling fans plus two portable fans. They are beautiful wood floors throughout the lower level, open floor concept, large slider doors to the spacious deck perfect for grilling, for gatherings. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There is free Netflix and Youtube Now on all the TVs, both bedrooms and living room. There is a short walk or drive to a variety of restaurants, shops, bowling, a movie theater, Hyatt Casino, are all within walking distance. Incline Village also has wonderful hiking and biking paths, two great golf courses just minutes away from the condo. Sand Harbor Beach is close by. For winter sports fans Diamond Peak Ski Resort is only 5 minutes away by car, Mt. Rose is 20 minutes away, Northstar 25 minutes. Other resorts within a short drive of the condo include heavenly Valley, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. There are also plenty of nearby places to cross country ski, snowshoe and sledding. The reviews about this place don't lie. The property has everything you would want in a vacation home. The check in process was easy. The home was very clean and quiet. TVs in every room had free Netflix and Youtube TV. It's also centrally located and only a few minutes to all shops & restaurants in Incline Village. King's Beach, Tahoe East Shore Trail and Sand Harbor State Park are only a few miles away too. The homeowner was quick to respond to any issues we had. The only downside for us was that on our last night, there was a blackout for the entire neighborhood. Thankfully, this occurred after midnight and was restored a couple hours later.

Great location. Kitchen was well stocked. Our young boys enjoyed the toy options which was a surprise! They also loved having their own tv in room. Bed bumper in closet and beach chairs were added bonus. Appreciated the fast response time for messages! Would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The owner was very communicative and helpful in finding local activities and left some toys and games for our daughter to keep busy!
Property is well equipped (everything you need for the kitchen) and very clean. Dedicated parking and quiet at night.
Very close to groceries, good places to eat, beaches and hiking. We enjoyed our stay and the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe!

The condo is ideally located minutes from the lake and Diamond Peak Resort. The beds are extra comfy, and there are three TVs throughout, not to mention a fully stocked kitchen with all amenities. We would stay again!

Loved this property would definitely stay again. Incline beach which is only walkable beach is private to locals so that was a bummer.

This property met our expectations. Place was clean and had everything we needed. It has an assigned parking space which was great. It is very close to the beach and restaurants. Check in was a breeze. We were even allowed to check in early. Ana was very responsive to all our questions. Will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it to others.

My family of 4 spent a very nice week at Don’s condo. The condo is nicely renovated with tasteful decorations and modern conveniences. It was extremely close to stores, restaurants, and the lake. The property was clean and well maintained and located in a convenient location. I found the condo very comfortable. My only concern is if you have people with mobility issues (which we had one), the entrance path and staircase are an issue.

We so enjoyed this Incline Village condo. Close to restaurants and the lake. Easy access digital lock. Modern conveniences. Comfortable space for relaxing after a long day of playing. Our second day we rented e-bikes at Vista Trail Bikes and had the time of our lives cruising along the Eastern shore taking in all the gorgeous sites for photography. We'd love to do this trip again!

We so enjoyed this Incline Village condo. Close to restaurants and the lake. Easy access digital lock. Modern conveniences. Comfortable space for relaxing after a long day of playing. Our second day we rented e-bikes at Vista Trail Bikes and had the time of our lives cruising along the Eastern shore taking in all the gorgeous sites for photography. We'd love to do this trip again!

Cleaning fee was a little steep, but the place was very clean and required nothing of us when checking out like other places that require you to do dishes, strip the beds, etc. For this reason the high cleaning fee might be worth it for folks The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was a nice surprise. I would recommend this place for folks who want a nice comfortable place to stay while skiing. Diamond Peak is only 6-7 minutes drive away. Note: there is no fireplace but the place was warm and cozi with a decent Nest set heating system.
