Situated in Beaver Lake, this attractive house for $150 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. "2022 BEST PROPERTY" This property is a jewel; with nearly 300 reviews, more than most other property in the area and still maintains a nearly perfect rating. Tucked in among the trees high above the forest floor, this property is private, quiet, and relaxing along with a lake view that will mesmerize you. One queen bedroom with leather love seat, flat screen TV, closet with "white noise fan" and extra blankets. A view of the hot tub and lake beyond make this bedroom a delight. A living room with luxury queen (Pottery Barn) sofa bed, a leather arm chair with hassock and a flat screen TV presents versatility to the suite. Then there's the coffee corner with dining table for two, hall gallery, bathroom, kitchenette and two exquisite decks one above the other with an atrium for star gazing while enjoying the hot tub. A total of three tables and plenty of seating makes the decks the place to be. Then of course there's my baby (the hot tub). It faces west so you can enjoy a sunset while soaking in the spa. It’s the perfect get-a-way for honeymooners, anniversaries, or those just wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is truly a treat. Keep in mind that there is never more than one party at the property insuring you total privacy and relaxation. I know you will love the suite because it offers a very different environment than most guests experience during their everyday lives. The wooded surroundings are filled with wildlife, deer, opossum, raccoon, red and silver fox, and even an occasional wolf and bear. It's another world at Jacks place, and if I were you I wouldn't miss it for the world. The hot tub water is kept clean and at 102 degrees (Spa temperature) and contains only safe chemicals. The special filter continues to keep everything fresh. A $50 hot tub fee is required. You are provided with your own off street parking big enough for you to bring your boat. This property is not suitable for disabled guests or those with agility issues as there are stairs to the suite and to the decks along with a number of pit falls for those with these issues. Unlike most other vacation rentals by owner Jack provides you with the inside scoop on Eureka Springs including a list of recommended restaurants, hiking trails, places of interest to go and see and more. Jack upgraded me to a bigger property after informing me a couple days before the trip that there was as issue with the one I had rented. Not a problem - they moved me to one with the same amenities and didnt charge me extra for it. Nice place. Only issue we had was we were told when we had to move to the other property, that the hot tub would be working upon arrival, and it did not work. Owner came over about 1030 the next morning, had to come inside the property, and they got it fixed. Other than this issue, the place and the stay were nice and classy. Issued a 4/5 simply due to being told the hot tub would work upon arrival and it didnt, but very nice place in a beautiful setting.

We stayed at Jack’s place for a quiet, relaxing birthday celebration for my boyfriend. The entire area was amazing and so peaceful. We really enjoyed ourselves. Jack was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

The property was clean enough, except the ice trays were pretty dirty and the coffee maker. The hot tub smelled funny, we still used it but showered both right before and right after just in case. View from the deck was great.

Nice cozy place. The vintage art and decor gave the place a nice vibe. This property is not too big, but definitely enough room for 2 people. This is the basement/lower part of the property only and Jack was not there while we were. But we did have access to the outside upper deck. Would've liked to chill in a lounge chair out there, but the chairs available were fine. The bed was very comfy, sheets were soft, and the area was very quiet. The hot tub was great to relax in. Jack was a great host! He touched base before we arrived to give us check-in details, he gave us recommendations on good places to eat and places to check out in the area, and he also gave us some info on a few specific things we had questions about and wanted to do. This property is a little bit outside of the town Eureka Springs, which is nice because its very quiet and no traffic. But if you do need to go into town it's roughly a 20 minute drive. But the scenery is fantastic so we didn’t mind. There are no hiking trails or access to the lake within waking distance from the property. So you’ll have to drive, but not too far, to get to those as well. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this property and recommend Jack as a host. Thanks again, Jack!

Everything was as advertised. I was worried, after reading some reviews that it wasn't completely private, but we had a good experience and had the weekend to ourselves. Was stocked well for everything needed and the hot tub was great!

This Back Patio Suite was very peaceful. The trees open just enough to see the lake. We had a family of deer pass by twice each day. Was disappointed in the cooking set up. But it says not set up for cooking. The grill is a camping grill not a big grill. We had to add water to hot tub to get it to work and felt it could be cleaner. We sure slept good after being in the hot tub. You will want to bring your own fans to move air. No Ac/Heater controller. That is controlled by main house upstairs. If you’re looking for a Peaceful place to relax. I recommend this Peaceful Suite and it’s coziness.

Jack’s place was perfect! Had all the amenities we needed and was so relaxing. Great location and distance to get to places for exploring. My favorite thing was sitting on the deck having coffee and watching the deer play. Jack was also so friendly and available if we needed anything.

Jacks cabin was amazing! It was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the privacy and quietness of the neighborhood. The view from the deck was gorgeous. We loved watching the deer come up in the mornings and watching the stars from the hot tub at night. We will definitely book again when we go to Eureka Springs! Thank you Jack for sharing your magnificent place!

My wife and I stayed here for our 19th anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. The setting is extremely peaceful and we loved getting to see some of the various wildlife in the area, particularly the tremendous amount of deer in the neighboring areas. The location is close enough to town for quick visits but located far enough away that you can really enjoy the outdoors. We definitely would recommend this property!

We were very excited to stay here for our anniversary, but when we arrived very quickly found out that the listing was very inaccurate!! Listing says that this place is secluded, and from the pictures looks like you are getting a house to stay in. It is not the ENTIRE house like the pictures show, but the basement. The owner lives above (he does “leave” while you are staying there), but this still is very uncomfortable especially when you intentionally rented a home not a “guest house” on someone’s property. You also can not control the thermostat while you are there and there is a door that connects the basement to the owners home. Me and my husband felt very uncomfortable staying here and will not be back to this property. The views were beautiful from the hot tub and the town of Eureka Springs was beautiful!!
