Situated in Zephyr Cove, this attractive house for $440 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. DSTR0940P *Min age to rent any property is 25. *Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines. *You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have. *Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood. * Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin. **Parking: 5 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house. *Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow. Great 4 bedroom to rent all year round. With the amazing back yard for BBQing all year round & hot tub outdoors this is the perfect home for a vacation. (the fire-pit outside is not operable) You are also in a neighborhood that has access to the private beach in Skyland. The kitchen is spacious and is open to the living room and dining area, and has sliding doors that open to the back yard. On the first level is the JR Master bedroom 1 with a king and full bathroom. The laundry room that is also a 1/2 bathroom is in the hallway. Bedroom 2 has a queen and a full bathroom. Upstairs is bedroom 3 with a full and a bunk bed with the twin on top and full on bottom. Bedroom 4 is the master and has a grand bathroom with a jetted tub and large custom stand up shower. There is a king bed, fireplace and TV in the master. The garage is also a plus all year round. Renters have access to parking in the garage and can fit 2 cars. This house does not have AC. DSTR0940P

Group of friends all met for Skiing and enjoyed the stay. All the essentials to have a good stay are there with lots of space for everyone. Big garage for skis, lots of pots and pans, and a large grill. Only thing we noticed is lots of burnt out lights and some of the light switches were missing pieces. Final thing was not an issue for our group but in the winter with the snow 5 cars might be a squeeze.

Stayed here with a party of 8 adults and had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves without feeling on top of each other. The rooms were spacious, clean, and inviting. There were more than enough pots, pans and utensils to use for cooking, the instructions were simple to understand and we had a great time

Great property for families located in upscale neighborhood with access to private community beach. The location worked great for our family vacation with friends that included 4 kids under 5. The major complaint from the guests that stayed in the downstairs bedrooms was the rooms and bedding was dusty and triggered strong allergic reactions. Background was nice but lawn needed to be mowed, water feature in backyard had stagnant water sitting in it, and the fire pit was locked. Internet kept going out downstairs and there were a couple of outstanding maintenance items that needed to be addressed. Only 2 beach passes even though up to 5 cars were allowed. But overall, was a nice place to stay. Would consider staying again.

Very nice home in a fabulous neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay ~ home is as it is represented in the photos. We had everything we needed. It was a great location for enjoying all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. It is a lovely area and really enjoyed the private beach.
We would definitely stay here again!

I was very pleased with the home! Everything was very clean and organized. The host was kind and allowed me to check-in an hour early.

Friends and I gathered here for a golf trip recently, and thoroughly enjoyed out stay. We had to call the property manager once about the wifi. World class was quick to respond and send someone over to fix the router. Hot tub was nice and clean. Would stay here again.

The house was exceptionally clean! However, upon getting settled we only found 1 dish towel to use in a house with a full kitchen, we could’ve used a few more. There was only 1 roll of paper towels which went quickly and no trash bags. Other than that, the house was great!

TV: We first could not locate the t.v. remote, managers were called and I was given a song and dance about bringing my own Roku. Found tv remote on day two of stay in the couch cushions.
OVEN: Oven did not work. The fix required two maintenance staff to divert electricity at outside circuit box. Oven electricity had been turned to 110 the day before our reservation when same maintenance persons had been at location to work on air conditioning. They also removed a filthy air filter from ceiling and did not replace the filter for the furnace/air conditioning system.
Two Running toilets: Maintenance persons were unable to repair running toilets. They had to be messed with after every flush.
Poor cleaning: Dirty home. Dirty couches and ottoman in living room. Hair in shower drains. Shower walls needed to be washed. Hair on bathroom floors along edges. Decorative pillows on beds were dirty and needed a washing. Windows needed a spring cleaning.
Lawn sprinklers: Sprinklers go off every morning in the front yard hitting the cars in driveway. Sprinklers in the backyard go on everyday at 2:00 p.m. spraying water on the deck closest to the house making backyard use impossible in the middle of the day.
To summarize, the three days were not so pleasant due to the situations listed. The home is used for mining crypto in the garage. The use by renters appeared to be a secondary concern.

Spent an extended weekend at this location. The house is perfect for hosting a get together with friends. Tons of space in the living room / dining room / kitchen. The backyard is also perfect for grilling and hanging out. We really enjoyed walking out to the lake from the back of the house as well. Really pretty property, convenient quiet location. I would definitely consider staying at this location again in the future.

The house is huge. We had nine of us and there was plenty of room to spread out. Most of the beds were comfortable. I heard complaints about one or two in the bunk bedroom. The house definitely could use some updating and the hall bathroom toilet ran but it stopped after you jiggled the handle which was not that big of a deal, the kitchen was very very large and well stocked. The couch was amazing. We all want to know where that couch came from. The proximity to the beach is about a three minute drive. It’s a very small beach, but it was really nice and a little bit crowded. The house also has no air conditioner and it was fairly warm but we brought fans, there seems to only be one ceiling fan in the living room and it didn’t do much. Overall, it was a great trip. We would definitely come back.

We liked the house, plenty of space. However upon coming inside there were trash bags hanging on the coat hanger which made the house smell. We had to throw them away in the trash can in the garage. The master bedroom shower was taken apart so it was unusable (shower head and controls were disassembled). And one of the rooms downstairs had some stains on the floor and bathroom (looked like bloody mucus?) Overall the location was close to the casinos and heavenly and the house had plenty of space. Also the driveway was plowed before we arrived and before we left by 2 guys.

They did not tell me that the upstairs toilet and laundry room toilet kept running, we had to take the tank lids off for the weekend. The kitchen floor was sticky upon arrival, food dropped in the drawers no organization to dishes or utensils. The most exciting moment is when we had a mouse run across the living room floor. I’m sorry to say but the cleanliness was not acceptable for the money they charge. There were no written directions on the TV, heat, etc. took awhile to figure out the TV. It also would have been nice to have a map of trail that leads to the lake, instead of guessing.

This house is a great location. However this is the second time in 3 years we have stayed here and the plumbing is still a problem, toilets run and the showers are not easy to use with no directions. There are several water features that do not work and are an eye sore. The boards on the back deck need repair. The kitchen supplies also need to be updated. But the location is wonderful. Beautiful private beach.

The proximity to Zephyr Cove and Stateline combined with the affordable price made this a great place to stay with a group of friends spending a weekend at the lake. The house was slightly outdated inside, one of the showers had a constant drip and one of the toilets ran until you jiggled the handler. Overall very minor complaints. We were out on the lake most of the time there and really just used the house for sleeping. I would recommend to any group.

Lots of room and beautiful backyard
Pros - location, amazing backyard, spacious inside, property mgr was easy to get a hold of and he was very nice.
Cons - Downstairs shower in Bed#2, you must pull down on the small disc under the faucet opening to get the shower to go on. We spent nearly 20 minutes trying to figure it out. The toilet in downstairs 1/2 bath runs all night. You have to constantly make sure to jiggle the handle back into place. Most bedrooms have their own bathroom BUT If you are staying in the upstairs bunkbed room, you will have to go in someone elses room to use a shower. Oven is tricky to figure out. No iron that we could find. We could not figure out the upstairs TV either.
Overall we would definitely stay here again. Beautiful quiet neighborhood and lots of room.

We will absolutely be coming back to this property. The location was stunning - quick walk to a private beach and trails for exploring (the 2 and 4 year old loved that!). Safe neighborhood. Very disappointed
Pictures listed are a huge misrepresentation of the property! The backyard had not been cleaned in what appeared to be months, there was a layer of pine needles and pine cones in the backyard that covered the whole yard. We had to rake ourselves just to be able to enjoy the backyard, putting greens, and hot tub (which was also filthy and low on water which we had to add).

Perfect property for a getaway with friends
We had a lovely getaway with eight girlfriends at this wonderful house! The layout was perfect for this amount of people. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and we enjoyed the hot tub. The check in process was easy and the house was beautifully cleaned. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, about 10-15 minutes from the CA/NV border.
Pros:
1. Spacious, with plenty of beds and seating areas
2. Plenty of bathrooms
3. Jacuzzi
4. Pictures are very accurate
Cons:
1. Leftover trash in backyard from previous guest
2. Ice on driveway was not cleared when promised (didn't get cleared the entire weekend actually)
3. Bathroom toilets did not flush properly, and showers were a bit difficult to use

Good house/location
House was great for our group of friends and the management was very responsive with us. House was clean and in a good location for skiing heavenly. The beach was also an awesome view in the evenings. Only issue was that toilets consistently ran and wasted water so clearly hadn’t been kept up very well. Otherwise it was a great stay and I would highly recommend if you’re looking to take a trip to Tahoe.
