The home has A/C throughout as well as radiant heat. Downstairs (1,200 ft) There is a baby grand piano, a gym (2 bikes including a Peloton+ w/guest login, treadmill, weights, etc...) a large flat screen, sitting area, table tennis, massage table. Sleeping area has a king bed . There is a walk-out to the basketball area. The outside is pretty wonderful as there are few homes in Santa Fe with private pools.
