We had a great time. We did Christmas the first night on the 26th and Celebrated his 38th Birthday on the 27th. We had other family come visit from Mt Juliet and Cookeville. It was a centralized location for our growing family. Much appreciation to the owner. I know we got a little loud with the whip cream war outside but I made sure we cleaned it all up. Definitely would love to come back to stay for a week!

Perfect place to get away from the city and the speed of life. But still had all the modern comforts, a short drive, Golf cart ride, there is a great Marina if own a boat, also rent boats(plan ahead), very friendly/helpful staff there.

We had a great stay. Very quiet area. Great condo. Looks very updated and clean. 2 of the queen beds could use a mattress topper if not a new mattress but this didn’t hamper our stay at all. We cooked and grilled a lot while we were there and had plenty of cooking equipment. Overall a well appointed perfect location for the lake condo that is reasonably priced. We would love to stay again.

As 4 coworkers on a fishing trip we selected this property for proximity to Lake and boat rentals. House was good for 4 individuals. Beds and bathrooms were nice. The kitchen seemed a little thin on cookware and a few basic supplies. Photos of living room do not depict current furniture.

This was a great home in the mountains but not to far from town. Great views and wonderful outside balcony with a fire pit, hot tub and jacuzzi. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances/utensils etc. Plenty of room for everyone! We really enjoyed ourselves.

A good relaxing time with the family

We stay in the house for Father’s weekend and it was amazing!! The place is soo beautiful and cozy! Very clean and soo close to the Marina! Love the quietness of this place and how peaceful it was!! My family and I fell in love with this place and we will definitely stay again in a near future. Michelle was so kind and sweet! And really helpful!

Rented both cabins and had plenty of room for the group of 9. They were very clean and extremely close to the marina. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay here at the Center Hill Lake near Hidden Harbor Marina. We rented both sides of this condo duplex and it was wonderful. All the room we needed for 4 families. The golf carts made it so easy to go back and forth to the lake where we docked our boat for 3 nights. The kitchens were well stocked and the owner Mitchell and his wife were very nice and accommodating. Book this one you won’t regret it.

All good except for hot tub not being hot and TV not working in downstairs bedroom! Everything else was superb

We could not have been more pleased with location to marina. Home was clean, in excellent condition, and had great floor plan for our family. The golf cart was perfect to run back and forth to boat. We will be back! Great surprise. Thanks!

My family and I spent our Thanksgiving holiday at this property and had an awesome time. We rented both units to accommodate our family of 12. We had more than enough room. The owner so kindly unlocked and adjoining door so we could flow freely between units. Having double kitchens made preparing meals a synch. The property is well maintained and everything represented in the photos are very accurate. My family really enjoyed use of the hot tub and lighting the fire pit. We also enjoyed use of the golf carts. It was super fun and we made trips to the lake/marina and really enjoyed the beautiful fall colors. Made for a very relaxing stay which we all needed. The location of the property offers much privacy. I would highly recommend this property for a quiet getaway. The owner was very accessible and very friendly and nice. He extended our stay for an extra day out of kindness. We had never visited Smithville before so this was a very nice experience. We enjoyed every single moment and made great memories.

The location is excellent for Hidden Harbor Marina. Beds were comfy! So very quiet & peaceful place during the weekdays. Of the 3 different homes I’ve rented on Centerhill, this is my favorite. We’ll be back!

We love this place. It’s beautiful and has a great view of the lake and marina. We talk to the owner every year who is a great guy. This was our third time staying here. We will definitely be back next year.

2nd time renting this cabin, we love this cabin. Beautiful inside, great hiking, view/scenery. Can’t wait to come back.

We rented both sides of the property giving us plenty of room for our group of 13. The home was beautifully decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. The owner was exceedingly helpful and friendly. We rented a boat from the Hidden Harbor Marina, just down the road from property (where we also encountered more wonderfully friendly people). We had a great stay and would highly recommend the property. Would love to stay again!
