Nestled in Fremont, this attractive condo for $199 per night is a great choice for your next break. 2 bedroom unit. Approximately 1000 square feet. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Master with king bed and smaller bedroom with queen bed. Brand new modern kitchen and washer and dryer. Modern and thoughtful decorating with a modern wall mounted fireplace. This is the garden/basement suite but there is a partial view of mount Rainier from the living room window on a clear day. There is cable and WiFi. We accept pets.

This was a nice, as advertised apartment in Seattle's Fremont district close to many options for dining and night life. Also, walking distance to Lake Union Hot Tub boats!! We had an enjoyable visit to see some Kraken Hockey and hot tub boats!

My husband and I stayed here with our adult teen daughter while visiting our oldest, who lives a short walk away. Great location, a very cute, comfortable, and clean space, absolutely perfect for our needs. She let us check in a couple of hours early, which was SO appreciated since we were all tired from our early morning flight. Definitely a place we will return to!

We were in town looking for a place to live and found this apartment to be the perfect jumping off point. It's close to everything. The owner was super helpful and responded immediately to all of our questions. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Well appointed. Nice fixtures and touches throughout. Great kitchen and appliances. Great area. Enjoyed our stay. Owner was great. The only issue was the the queen mattress in the first bedroom has seen better days, but even at its best it is a cheap, soft, uneven, unsupportive mattress. Pillows were not the best either but made it work. It also would have been nice to provide some coffee given the filters and coffee maker provided but really picking nits there.
Overall would highly recommend and stay here again. Just get a new mattress!

A total gem!!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this apartment in every way! Apt was perfect size with two bedrooms and stocked with all we needed, clean, in a fabulous location so I could walk to everything (shops, grocery stores, restaurants, parks within .5 and 2 miles in all directions). It was easy to have our dog with us and I felt safe walking everywhere. Kelly made great suggestions for all we needed in stores and restaurants and was very responsive. I will absolutely stay here again!!!

Great Fremont apartment
This is a very comfortable and cozy apartment. I loved the decor. The location is great, we walked everywhere. Restaurants, shops, and parks are all close. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is very cute .. but there were a lot of stairs (which wasn’t great for my older mother). However - that has no reflection on the owner or quality of the place. Parking in the street was fine. Great neighborhood.

Property was clean and quiet. Perfect location for our event. Beds were comfy. Close to some amazing restaurants and shops. The apartment had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We managed to find street parking close to the property each night. We would recommend this apartment.

Sparkling clean and comfy downstairs apartment with a perfect view of Mt Rainier from the porch. Easy bus ride or drive to downtown or where ever. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by if you'd prefer to walk or bike, too.

My family rented all three floors to accommodate a wedding weekend! Each level is spacious, beautifully renovated, and has all the amentities you may need for a long or short stay! Would highly recommend!!

Lovely place and location...
The location and size were great. The only issue was the lack of air conditioning. We may have had the best weather ever for our short stay but the unit was hot and humid without an AC unit and the single fan wasn’t getting the job done. The owner was as nice as she could be but the lack of AC was an issue for us.
The rest of the unit is top notch!

Perfect for us!
The apartment was very nice, well-kept and just right for the 5 of us, all family members. The location in Fremont was convenient and walking distance to restaurants, etc. It was chilly while we there and the gas fire heater was nice to have. I have only one cautionary comment and that is: as in most homes converted into apartments in Seattle, you must navigate serious stairs to get from street-level to the front entrance and from the entrance down to the particular apartment we stayed in (Garden). Not a problem for our family members who have no mobility issues, but it could be for someone less fortunate. In all, tho', we would most definitely recommend this place and stay there again if we go to Seattle.

Perfect location for a Seattle Vacation
This home was a wonderful place to stay. The location was great - central to the U-District, Fremont, downtown, Sodo and Ballard. It is conveniently located next to a main bus line and easy for Uber/Lyft to hop on 99 and get where we need to go.
The house itself was clean with a great modern design. Having all the amenities a standard house has was great and it was nice to wake up to a view of greenery between Freemont and the I5 bridge.
The host made staying at the house a breeze, they made sure all of our questions were answered and provided thorough directions and information about the weekend's happenings. Their message response time was fast!
Needless to stay, based on location, the space and the host - we will be staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay, and had a great time. Fremont is an excellent place to embark around Seattle...and has lots of great gems to partake in too.
