In addition, you can eat or enjoy your favorite beverage on the large porch overlooking the Gulf. This unit also serves as a great extra space for families renting houses in the Seacrest Beach or Alys Beach subdivisions. For two people, this is the best bargain on the beautiful Beaches of South Walton, Highway 30-A! This fresh condo in the Inn at Seacrest Beach has a gulf views from its private balcony, it's own pool with hot tub and easy beach access. This is a low-rise, low occupancy condo building with a pool, private hot tub, bike path and the beautiful beach and Gulf in front. From this condo, it's an easy two-block walk to one of the world's most beautiful beaches through deeded beach access along a brick, palm-lined boulevard. Bordered on the east by spectacular Seacrest Beach, the Villages and Rosemary Beach, and on the west by the newest upscale village - Alys Beach. All of these are walkable, bikeable wonderful destinations for dining, shopping, or just enjoying the beautiful architecture and communities. This fully furnished studio condo getaway offers a comfortable living room with cable TV, smart TV, wi-fi and Gulf view. Fully equipped kitchen gives you opportunity to eat in when you don't want to visit some of the nearby great restaurants. There is a freestanding convection oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, invection stove cook top, electric skillet, countertop oven, Kuerig coffee maker, blender and full set of cookware to enable meal preparation. There is a Publix a couple of miles away and you're all ready! Rosemary Beach is about 400 yards away - with cafes, wine bar, ice cream shop, several restaurants and interesting shops. Alys Beach is just steps to the west with restaurants and boutique shops. During the summer, both Rosemary and Alys Beach host movies on the lawn as well as other events. Seacrest Village just a block away has restaurants, shops and live music most nights. Five miles west on Hwy 30-A, the magical village of Seaside offers lots of dining, art, entertainment and shopping opportunities. Other nearby communities of Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seagrove have tons more to do...from funky galleries and hip shops to cool jazz and hot nightclubs. Golf is all around you, including the Tom Fazio Golf Course just one-half mile to west at Camp Creek Golf Course. There are also championship courses in Sandestin and Destin to the west, inexpensive Holiday Golf about 5 miles east, Hombre (PGA qualifying Q school course) about 8 miles east and many more courses to choose from within 15 miles. The bike path in front of the Inn begins at Rosemary Beach and continues westward to Grayton Beach, about 10 miles west. Great place for two adults. Beautiful view of beach, but it was kind of far for a walk in the heat (although we did it-multiple times). Beach property was lovely; crowded, but no more than an average beach day in July. We will definitely look to return.

The Inn at Seacrest was just perfect for my adult daughter and me to get away for the weekend! It was appointed with everything you'd need (and more), and the Murphy bed is genius in terms of providing extra space and making the bed vanish during the day! We really enjoyed the view, the pool, and being able to walk to shops and restaurants. I will, however, echo what a couple of other reviewers said about making the super short drive to Inlet Beach vs finding a foot of beach at the Seacrest access area. We walked down the afternoon we arrived, took one look, and turned right back around. Just way too many people for our comfort level. Overall, a great location, away from the madding crowd of Rosemary, well kept, clean, easy to access. Highly recommend!

Great location to walk to shops in Seaside and market in Rosemary Beach. Property was clean and quiet. Large pool area was nice. This is a good value overall. Also close to Panama City Beach if you choose to visit. Highly recommend going to Inlet Beach. It’s a public beach that is very pretty with rolling sand dunes. Parking is plentiful and easy. NOT CROWDED. We spent the week there versus fighting for a spot with the beach chair companies in the designated beach access for this unit. Would stay in this unit again.

With quite a few choices at this property a couple of things tipped the scale. First was price and the refund policy. Second was the 3rd floor middle of the building. And best of all was the Murphy bed!! It was great to have extra room when not sleeping. And a peak of the Gulf was great. I highly recommend this condo. Cheryl was helpful and there was a whole book with information, from some history to places to go and help with restaurants. Location could not be better,. Seacrest and Rosemary Beach are within walking distance. Both areas were very crowed when I was there. Spring break ( I think ) families and lots of kids on bikes, so the peace and quiet of 306 was perfect!

At the end of Rosemary Beach, where it's a bit quieter. Large porch is perfect for day view and sunsets, even deep enough to enjoy during a rainy day. Host Cheryl responded quickly to a few questions during our stay.

Cheryl’s place was wonderful for one last beach get away before school starts back! The condo was just as described and very clean. The location of the condo could not be better! We were within walking distance to Peddler’s Pavillion, and lots of little shops and restaurants. The only complaint I have is that the Seacrest Beach area is VERY crowded. We could not find a spot to set our chairs up, so we decided to take a short drive to the Inlet Beach public access. It was totally worth it to be in a less crowded area! Overall, I am very pleased with everything and would gladly stay again!

I booked a mom & me trip. This property was the perfect getaway. Super convenient to restaurants & shopping. You can access a free tram to the beach. We opted to walk the short distance to the private beach for this property. Cheryl, left plenty of information about entertainment, restaurants & shopping. We hope to continue this Summer tradition at her property.

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. Very clean and super cute for a couple(like us) or a single person. The Murphy bed was super comfortable! Plenty of towels and bedding provided, with beach chairs in the closet for beach use and the beach access was in walking distance from the condo. Great view from the balcony and beautiful sunsets! Will book again next summer if the condo is still available 🤞😊. The only negative thing I have to say is which has nothing to do with this condo is the pool was not very clean!
