Located in the premier suburb of Battery Point, this two-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates four people. It is just a very short stroll to the Hobart waterfront, Salamanca Place and the Hobart CBD. It is also an ideal base from which to explore all the delightful sights of Southern Tasmania. Mona (the Museum of Old and New Art), the Tahune AirWalk, Port Arthur Historic Site, Hastings Caves and Mount Wellington are all within easy driving distance.
The property is self check-in, making it very convenient as you don't need to meet anybody for keys. An emergency contact person is available all the time for issues relating to the property, but other than that there will be no interaction with guests, so you can enjoy the space privately.

The location of this place is fantastic. Battery Point is a really beautiful and quiet area. It is a 15-minute walk downhill to Salamanca. Just remember the return is uphill. The best thing about this place is the car park - Hobart does have street parking, but it is limited in the daytime, so great to have this. The place is really clean and tidy, and there is a good amount of basics. The size of the unit is really nice, and the heating is fabulous if you go in Winter. The bathroom is a great size with a washer/dryer. The shower is over the bath - Damien mentioned that the hot water system is small, but this did not affect us in any way - there was 2 of us. Everything was so nice and clean. There are 2 flights of stairs. Damien - the host is really responsive. Walking around Battery Point is so easy, and there are great places to eat so close to the unit. Sandy Point is a really short drive to Coles and Woolies. The unit is also only a 20-minute easy drive from the airport. Damien asks for feedback and acts on the feedback, so don't be afraid to let him know your thoughts.

Location is great (check out the nearby bakery). Apartment is adequate but very basic. No luxuries provided only bare necessities. Be prepared to do some shopping.
