Nestled in Moultonborough, this charming house for $700 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Lake Winnipesaukee access for 18.Bring the family and extended family to this luxury property located in Suissevale Estates on Lake Winnipesaukee. Our home is loaded with activities and enough room for the whole family to come together and enjoy. The house has central A/C for those hot summer days. The 30'x35'den upstairs has a Olenhausen pool table a 12' bar and a large HDTV. This was a later addition and does not have A/C. The downstairs game room has a ping pong table, foosball,12' shuffle board table, and a 55" flat screen TV .The kitchen/dining/living room (30'X40') is an open concept with seating for 21, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, woodstove and a 2 temperture double oven. A great place to meet for meals and to gather together between activities. We have a 30'x30'deck,with a 12' x12' screened in hut to go relax enjoy the peace of mind 3 private acres of land can bring. Internet access and 4' outdoor fire pit with chairs. There is a tie out under the deck for dogs that may come along (no fee for dogs). Linens are available for an additional fee of $200 this includes sheets and towels for 17. If interested contact me and I will set it up with the cleaner. Located in Suissevale Estates, a beautiful private home surrounded by 3 acres of woods and wonderful views. Renters have access to a beautiful private beach ( 1/3 mile away), boat launch next to the beach, volleyball court on beach, tennis courts, basketball court, 2 playgrounds, and a public golf course (3 miles away). I also provide a parking pass to States landing beach next to Suissevale. You can launch you boat at this location and with the pass leave your truck and trailer at the beach during the day. Enjoy walks on the beach, sunsets, quaint shops, and delicious restaurants all within minutes! Don't miss out on this gem! NH Lic. 061009 10 minute walk to Suissevale beach. We also buy each renter 1 Suissevale and 1 States landing beach parking pass. Starting in 2022 beach parking passes are valid Sunday-Friday for Suissevale beach and the States landing beach pass is valid everyday. Suissevale beach is owners only on Saturdays. State Landing beach you can bring you boat trailer and leave the vehicle with the attached trailer for the day.

The house is even better in person. So much for everyone in the family to do and plenty of room. I will definitely be booking this house again but for a longer stay.

There were 14 of us that stayed at this house for a wedding at Castle in the Clouds. The house was very spacious and there was a lot to do with the fire pit, pool table, etc.

Perfect house for a large family. We had 12 of us for a weekend wedding and Shawn's house was in the ideal location. The house was clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable and a great entertaining home. The three separate "living rooms", made it perfect for the teenagers to be in one area and adults in another. Shawn contacted me a week before we were to arrive to go over everything. Couldn't ask for a more gracious host. I would highly recommend this house to anyone that is staying in this area.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is large and fully equipped. We loved the 2 game rooms and the kayaks. The beach is about a 15 minute walk, mostly uphill on the way back. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and not too far from stores, restaurants and other attractions.

We had a great week staying at this house that was fantastic for our group of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids). We used the board games, pool and ping pong, and even had a shuffleboard tournament. The rained eased up enough for us to do campfire s’mores. We felt centrally located with 30 min drives to almost everywhere we wanted to go. We wanted to use the boats but had no way to transport them down to the water as it was too far of a walk. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked and we really appreciated having spices, oil, and aluminum foil to use. Would definitely choose again!

Stone Manor was perfect for our party of nine and could have held more. It had everything we needed and more. Shawn was great! Two game rooms and so much fun for the whole family.
Walk to the beach, though pass available for 1 car to carry all your stuff. Would love to come back!

Stone Manor accommodated our family of eleven very well. We appreciated the amount of space, inside and out, especially the two game rooms. Walking to the beach is reasonable but it’s quite a hill on the way back. The host was friendly and responsive. Overall, everyone enjoyed the stay.

We met as an extended family of 9 adults and 3 children for a holiday celebration. The Stone Manor was great. The kitchen and main living space was spacious and lovely. Having two separate game/gathering places was excellent as well. I would readily rent it again. I imagine it would be awesome in the summer.

Shawn was a great host, very responsive. We were a big group for a family vaca/reunion (13-16 people) and a dog. We loved the pub room with pool table, the screened in sitting room on the deck, and the downstairs game room with ping pong, shuffleboard and TV. Teens and college kids loved doing movie nights- Netflix, DisneyPlus etc. Access to beach was good- and Suissevale has a lovely beach with bathrooms. Kayak use was wonderful. Highly recommend!

This was our second year staying at Stone Manor it was even better than last year! We had 13 infants, school kids, teens, and adults. There is something to do for literally everyone! It’s absolutely perfect for large groups. The house is super fun. Short walk to the beautiful beach w playground and swimming dock. The owner, Shawn, is extremely responsive to messages and so helpful! We were lucky enough to meet him both times and he is such a nice, friendly guy. My family definitely plans on going back. You can’t go wrong with this house!

We had a perfect stay! The house is huge, very well equipped for large groups and very welcoming. The walk to the nearby beach (closed to renters on Saturdays) is great. The beach and the lake are so beautiful. We were living a dream! The screened outdoor patio was a blessing. We loved every minute of our stay.

The house was great. Clean, plenty of space, multiple game rooms, large yard, easy parking, relatively quiet area. Bit of a drive (~25 mins) from most areas with a lot to do on the lake, but good location overall. Owner was very accommodating and communicative. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Loved the different areas in the home.. Two gaming rooms with very comfortable seating. Open kitchen living area for conversation.. Fire pit, beautiful deck overlooking private yard. Walk to beach.. Perfect for our needs..

The house is in a great location with something for everyone. We had 4 families with a variety of ages, the kids loved the pool table, ping pong table, and all the other games. The proximity to the lake is perfect and the house is huge. Shawn was very responsive to any of our questions. We hope to rent this great property again!

This house had plenty of space for our group of 8 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs, it was nice to have a dining table that comfortably fit everyone. The town beach is great, we loaded up our truck with beach items and people so we only had to make 1 trip, it's about a 3 minute car ride. I don't suggest walking to the beach if you have young kids and beach items, it's quite a trek back up the road to the house. The second fridge in the garage was a life saver with all our groceries. The game room and the room with the pool table were great for the couple rainy days we had, plenty of things to keep us busy along with several board games and puzzles included at the house too. The fire pit in the yard was a nice bonus, plenty of seating for our group there as well.
We had a few questions and one small issue while we were in the house and Shawn was very quick to respond to texts and fixed our issue promptly.
A couple of our family members staying in the basement have asthma and had a tough time sleeping due to musty smelling air. Also most of the beds seem like they could use new mattresses, not very supportive.
Overall we recommend this house!
