We greatly enjoyed staying at this property in Seattle. The property itself is accurately represented in the VRBO listing. We were there during a record heat wave, and we could see that the owner had just installed portable cooler units in the house prior to our arrival. It was still pretty warm for the first couple of days, but again we saw that the owner worked hard to see us through the heat, and the heat wasn't his fault. Our only gripe was a lack of hot water: while the house slept 7 comfortably, six of us had chilly showers. The instruction sheet listed what to do if we ran out of cold water -- something you don't want to see on a VRBO instruction sheet!! But after following the instructions the hot water situation improved somewhat. We enjoyed this property, its location to where we needed to be, and especially its proximity and short walk to local pubs. A good spot overall.

Everything worked out great. The property was a bit tight for 11 but Andrew was very accommodating and it worked out great. Andrew gave several tips for restaurants and places to visit which were all excellent.

Our daughter from Seattle got married and our family came from all over the country. Even though the townhouse wasn’t huge, we had plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths on 3 different levels. It suited our needs well. There was ample parking, which can be an issue in Seattle. Would definitely recommend this property for large family groups. We had a total of 9 persons from 4 different families. The home was clean.

Lots of rooms for the whole group!
Booked this roomy townhome for my bridesmaids and I to get ready at for my wedding. Clean bedrooms, and plenty of bathrooms (very important for lots of girls)! Andrew was very accommodating and allowed our hair & makeup artist, photographer, videographer to be on site. When a bridesmaids lost some personal items, Andrew was quick to reply and assist. Only drawback was there were a few gnats upon arrival (likely from the weather)... and we could not control the temperature of the home. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

The home was nice but some of the carpets were in need of cleaning. The hot water heater switch must have flipped off and we didn't know it until the following morning when we did not have any hot water to shower with. Our grandson was sleeping up in the loft area where the equipment is in the closet, and he was able to tell us he heard something click before he went to bed. We looked and were able to see the switch and flip it back on and we had hot water shortly after.

Great Layout!
Traveling with 8 teenagers and 2 adults - this spot let us all spread out comfortably and then gather when we all wanted to be together. Everything about the spot is convenient - location, parking, trash disposal. Clean and tidy... one small thing to be aware of: the twin bed is a roll away cot that we found later in the garage. A double mattress was found under the king size bed. Once we found everything we all had a comfy place to sleep. Would recommend to any group or family!

Andrew came to the house and gave us excellent recommendations about how to see the Seattle areas we wanted to highlight. The house was well equipped for our needs. The one difficulty we had was that we visited during the Northwest heat wave and the house had no AC, only fans in each room. The fans were not sufficient to keep us cool, and we often work up in a pool of sweat. I understand that most Seattle homes do not have AC.

A great stay in a great property!
We rented this home for a short three day trip ahead of our cruise to Alaska. It was perfect for the the eight of us, ages 2-85. There was plenty of room for everyone in their own bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom (loft) doesn't have an attached bath but we didn't mind walking down to share the one below us. The house is CLEAN. As someone who doesn't wear shoes in the house, it was wonderful to notice others also followed the owners wishes and didn't walk inside with shoes on. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook all our meals in the house. The kitchen is a bit tight so it's best to have only two people in there cooking at once. This wasn't a problem as everyone else can just lounge in the family room. We couldn't quite figure out the hvac system but it wasn't a big deal so we didn't contact Andrew. Andrew was great to communicate with and even checked in to make sure everything was fine when we got in. If you are looking for a nice place to stay near the port and near the attractions, this is it!
