The villa was absolutely beautiful, good size living space and loads of outdoor seating. The pool was fantastic and so private and relaxing. We loved the lemon trees and the flowers which attracted beautiful butterflies and birds. It really was idyllic.
The welcome pack was really helpful as was difficult to get straight out to the shops with the children. There is a little shop in walking distance and a lovely little snack bar called memories just opposite the shop where we went daily.
I was worried about having no air-conditioning in the living room however the fans were more than adequate even on very hot days.
Taxi was 10/12 euro each way to Tsilivi where we travelled to often.
The local beach is walkable even with little ones and is absolutely stunning with beautiful shallow waters.
The whole family loved our stay and we didn't want to leave!
The only criticism of the villa itself would be the bathrooms could go with an update but that's just minor.
Taxis were a little difficult to access as they often struggled to locate the villa.
A little too far from a bigger supermarket but wouldn't be an issue if hiring a car.
Cicadas very loud due to the olive trees however we got used to this and actually miss the sound now we're home!

The property was spotless, location was fantastic (short walk to the beach, medium walk to the main strip and a corner shop up the road), great amounts of privacy without being too isolated. Great amount of room outside the property and bedrooms a good size.
Kitchen appliances all installed and well kitted.
The pool is great and very clean, a good size with a great surrounding area supplied with sunlounges and good size parasols, which mean you can lay down and still be protected from the sun.
There are plenty of shaded seating areas around the house outside.
The hot water is from a solar heater, we had a cloudy day and then a rainy day, this resulted in us not having hot water for about 3 days!
The WiFi was very slow, only reaching about 1mb/s (if the internet signal could reach the pool that would be good but this is just nit-picking)

Heerlijk rustige privé villa, met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt.
Een eigen zwembad die iedere dag keurig schoon gemaakt wordt door een vriendelijke meneer.
Dichtbij Tsilivi, waar van alles te beleven is.
Geen negatieve dingen te melden over deze locatie.

Beautiful villa, pool was amazing, location was great - very private, but not isolated. Only 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants (ignore Google maps - there are loads that Google maps doesn't pick up).
BBQ was great, air con worked well and there are good showers.
Great welcome pack with everything you need for day 1 so no need to rush to the shop if you have a late arrival.
Problem with the dishwasher which flooded twice despite having been changed for a new one after flood 1! Penny and George came over immediately when we reported the 1st flood and cleared up, but not great to wake up to another flood and water everywhere on your departure day when we were assured that the problem had been fixed - it clearly hadn't so that, unfortunately, left a sour taste!
