The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Having a washer was an added bonus. The building is located in an alleyway, but is very secure. Having the option to book the private garage was great - definitely recommend if you are driving. The walk to the Royal Mile took us about 20 minutes, so it is easily doable. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The code provided very easy access. The studio apartment was very well equipped and comfortable to sleep in. We had everything we needed including a washing machine and a dishwasher which was great. Layout was great and furniture and decoration was stylish.
The apartment looked out over roofs and other buildings which was fine but not a spectacular view. There are 2 apartments on each floor with a lift and you can hear the lift bell go when someone else uses it. Not a big issue but worth knowing about if you are a very light sleeper.

The apartment seemed to have been recently updated and was clean. We were able to easily walk to many attractions.
It was noisy. The apartment is located overlooking an alley and you could hear bottles being dumped in bins at all hours as well as revellers. We did not sleep well. The bathroom, while new and updated, needed grab bars and a nonskid mat to safely climb over the tub and use the shower. It could also benefit from additional towel racks and/or hooks (the existing rack does not heat up).
