About this apartment rental
Enjoy spectacular oceanfront views from the private lanai and the living area of this one-bedroom condo. There is a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for making meals to dine in or to take with you while on the go. The bedroom has a king bed, allowing this unit to accommodate up to two (2) people. The living room is a large open space that opens up to the private lanai. There is a washer and dryer in the condo.

Note: Each year the pool will be closed for repairs for two weeks, starting the second week of September. This year (2026) the Sugar Beach Resort pool area will be closed beginning 9/14/26 and reopening 9/19/26.

We had an AMAZING time here!! Our unit room had the BEST spectacular view we could've ever imagined. It was mostly windy and rainy in Feb, so next time, we'll be sure to come later in the year! Otherwise, best memories we'll take back!
For delicious food, please check out Lahaina Grill ($$$$) and Threes Bar and Grill ($$).

We went late April early May.
The good: Clean. location right on the beach, sunset viewing from your room, fully stocked condo. Pool and hot tub at the resort with an activity center on the premesis. Plenty of good safe parking.
The bad: place needs a new bed pronto; it's a double twin put together and really stiff. We never slept good at all. The AC barely works because it's blocked by a cabinet in the living room and we didn't feel it in the bedroom at all.
