Facing Vail Mountain, you can relax and enjoy the mountain activities from one of the most beautiful locations in Vail. Catch its fabulous skiing in the winter, fish the rush of Gore Creek in the summer, walk through the wild flowers in spring or simply do nothing at all. If the active impulse bites, you can walk out the door and board the Vail shuttle buses going between the Vail Village and Lions Head. No matter what you choose, you will be staying in one of the most sought after locations in Vail. 162 West Meadow Drive was built for the mountains enjoyment. Entering the house opens to the living room and dining room with a wall of glass looking at Vail Mountain. The kitchen, bar, a full bath and Master bedroom with bath are located on the main level as well. All designed to take advantage of the mountains fabulous views. Down stairs provides a media room with fireplace, game room with pool table opening to Gore Creek and real Wood Hot Tub. There are five additional bedrooms with one king room, two with queen beds and two with queen bunk beds. There are three full baths on the lower level as well. Literally the best location in Vail between Vail Village and Lionshead. Once you arrive you will not need a car. Shuttle stop right in front of property. The home itself is cozy with a great deck and views from the back of the property.
The home itself is rather long in the tooth, a 70s/80s lodge style. Not all windows operable. Tech setup is old. "Living room" areas are split between floors, so if you have a large group that might interfere with being together.

The place is amazing, it has a great location and it´s beautiful. We really enjoyed our vacations
My only suggestion is to talk to the neighbor . He was constantly coming into the property and was not friendly at all.

The views from the living room of the creek and mountains were amazing! We already booked our stay again for next year, and can't wait to return!

It is no secret that this is an older property. For us it is part of the charm. You can not beat the amazing location. For my parents (almost 90) it works great because it is such a short distance to town, and the bus stops both ways right infront of the driveway.

Property was what we needed. Lots of double beds means some sharing and one with n a couch. Enjoyed the hot tub and grill. We would book again.

Just spent a ski weekend with 4 families (adults + kids). Convenient location. Home as everything you would need - large spacious area, good kitchen, hot tub, pool table. Very clean and comfortable.

Location is excellent. Convenient to slopes, Vail Village and Lions Head Village. Larry was very responsive and great to work with.

Amazing home, amazing host
The home was exactly as described in the listing- absolutely beautiful and right next to a frequent and quick shuttle which takes you to Gondola One. Larry was incredibly responsive to all inquiries, and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Prime Location in Vail
We had a wonderful stay at the home in Lionshead. The location could not have been better for a ski vacation. The property is just steps from the shuttle which takes you to Lionshead, Vail Village and Golden Peak. The unit had plenty of room for our three families (12 people) and Larry was very responsive. Highly recommended!

Very clean, very comfortable house! It was a pleasure to take off our shoes at the front door. Clean, soft padded carpet!! Bedrooms were comfy, with plenty of bathrooms to go around. Nice private hot tub. Deck is awesome!

Its one of the original houses on the street and has a charming feel to it. the river was flowing great and had such a soothing sound.
