About this house rental

Nestled in Julianadorp, this lovely house for $181 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our villa was completely renovated in 2018 and extensively renovated and newly furnished. Our highlights: the new, open kitchen, new sauna and new wellness bath with whirlpool tub, sunshower (sun shower / solarium), electric box spring bed. Our holiday villa is located in the exclusive, family-friendly and spacious holiday park Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne. The holiday villa is surrounded by small lakes and canals and is located in close proximity to the long sandy beach. On the new terrace garden furniture and a Weber grill are available. Directly at the house is the parking lot. For our younger guests we have created in a part of the garden with a rubber mats tiled children's play area with sandpit, playhouse and slide. In the house you can escape the daily stress in our sauna or in our wellness whirlpool bath. The house was provided on the ground floor with new floor tiles and upstairs with new laminate. Our luxurious villa with about 110 square meters of living space is on a 360 sqm plot and can be occupied by up to 6 adults. It is cozy, comfortable and modern furnished and has in the living room with new leather sofa / armchair and a 55 "Samsung Curved Smart TV with satellite connection, XBox one S and a Samsung Hifi system. The dining area is next to the new, modern open kitchen with dishwasher, Kitchen Aid food processor, microwave, oven, Senseo, daggers Gusto, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, WMF coffee machine and a coffee machine. On the ground floor is a bedroom with an electric box spring bed and a Samsung Smart TV with easy access to TV, web and numerous apps. The newly designed bathroom is equipped with modern bathroom furniture, a whirlpool bath, a towel radiator and a walk-in rain shower with sunshower / solarium. From the bathroom you have direct access to our new sauna (about 2.25 x 1.90), where you can relax and unwind from everyday life. A separate toilet with vanity is also located on the ground floor. There is also a wagon, highchair, baby wheel, toys, baby monitors, bed guards, baby crib, baby food warmer, microwave vaporizer and a travel cot available for free. The stairs are on the upper floor is still secured with a stair gate. The house has free Wi-Fi. Furthermore, a Samsung Galaxy Tablet is also available for free for the duration of your stay. Upstairs are two bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Furthermore, these bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. In one room is also a new Playstation 4 with games. The other bedroom has Apple TV and Bluray player and an electric fireplace. The new bathroom on the first floor has a shower, sink and toilet, and a towel radiator. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wunderschönes Haus

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Liegt in einen sehr schönen Ferienpark direkt neben dem Meer. Die ganzen Familie hatte viel Spaß hier und hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wat een geweldige accomodatie, aan alles is gedacht, luxe ingericht. Er is een fijne ruime finse sauna, de sunshower en het bubbelbad maken de Wellness faciliteiten compleet. Mooie ruime kamers. Ik heb genoten.

Wir haben bisher noch kein Ferienhaus mit einer so stimmigen und hochwertigen Ausstattung gehabt. Hier stimmt einfach alles und zusätzlich ist der Kontakt zu den Vermietern auch schnell und angenehm. Wir haben die (viel zu schnell vergangene) Woche genossen. Die ruhige Lage in Verbindung mit Wellness und der sonstigen Ausstattung machen auch schlechtes Wetter erträglich. Für Elektroauto-Fahrer: ganz in der Nähe beim Schwimmbad gibt es 6 Lademöglichkeiten.

Tolles Haus in ruhige Lage

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche an Ausstattung offen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war unkompliziert, einwandfrei und freundlich. Der Park ist weitläufig und Supermärkte sind in wenig Fahrminuten erreichbar. Wir konnten 3 Autos vorm Haus hintereinander parken - also noch besser als erwartet! Einziges Manko: Das Haus ist recht hellhörig und das untere Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster über der Tür, sodass es trotz Rolle sehr hell ist sobald die Sonne aufgeht oder -noch schlimmer- jemand im Bad oder WC Nachts das Licht anmacht, denn auch dort sind Fenster über den Türen. Hier wäre eine Verdunklung des Schlafzimmer "Türfensters" defintiv sinnvoll :-)

Alles in Ordnung bis auf die Kaution über die man nach dem Buchen informiert wird. Das sollte man vorher erwähnen und welchen Aufwand man betreiben muss wenn man seine Kaution nicht verlieren will. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, man muss aber alle Funktionalitäten bei Anreise testen und am Anreisetag melden wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist.

Wir (4 Freundinnen) haben uns in dem wirklich toll eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Uns fehlte es an nichts!! Vor allem die Sauna und die Infrarot-Dusche sind super!! Wir werden sicher nochmal wieder kommen.

Das Objekt entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Gut und modern, vor allem auch Bäder und Küche, eingerichtet mit genügend Platz für uns fünf Personen. Sehr ruhig und angenehm. Bis zum Strand ist es ein Stück zu laufen. Für uns kein Problem. Kann man empfehlen.

Das Haus ist sehr komfortable und absolut komplett ausgestattet. Die Sauna ist sehr schön und so groß, dass auch 2 Personen liegen können. Alles ist sehr hochwertig. Die Deko ist manchmal etwas zu viel des Guten. Wir können das Haus 100 %tig weiterempfehlen!!!

Das Haus ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. An alles ist gedacht. Grade auch in der Küche. Wir waren mit 5 Personen da - jeder hatte seinen Freiraum und grade für die Kinder ist auch draussen reichlich Platz. Mein Lieblingszimmer ist das Doppelzimmer oben links. Tolle Farben, tolle Bilder - aber den Mädels hat natürlich das rosa Zimmer besser gefallen ;-). Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl in dem wirklich liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus gefühlt! Die Ausstattung generell und speziell in der Küche ist sehr hochwertig und überdurchschnittlich. Wir können das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen. Auch die komplette Anlage drumherum ist sehr gepflegt und der nahegelegene Strand ist wunderschön.

Fabelhaft!!!

Unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus haben wir sehr genossen. Es ist ein wirklich super tolles Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sauna und Whirpool runden die Entspannung ab. Es ist sehr hell und groß und ganz liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ist groß, mit einer schönen Sitzgruppe und Sonnenschirm. In diesen Haus kann man sich rundum wohlfühlen und man will eigentlich auch gar nicht mehr abreisen. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt (bestimmt nicht der Letzte)! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer erreichbar.
