About this condo rental
Situated in College Station, this attractive condo for $42 per night is a great choice for your next break. This newly constructed studio apartment has its own separate entrance, so it’s very private. It has internet for work and entertainment. The kitchen comes with cooking devices, refrigerator, dishes and utensils. Everything you might need for cooking meals. It's only one Mile from campus and it's walking distance to HEB and Target, where you can pick up groceries or have them delivered to the apartment. If you need some fresh air, the park trail is just around the block..literally! We are even on the A&M bus route. Whether you are a visiting professor or a parent visiting your Aggie child, this place was built with you in mind. We are offering Monthly and Weekly Discount Rates to accommodate your needs. Check us out if you need a place to “ work at home “, or just to escape from the big city. This part of town is very walkable, yet close to parks where you can relax or even go fishing! The Apartment features a Queen Bed, full bathroom with shower/tub for soaking, kitchenette, kitchen table and stools, 32" TV, and internet. The apartment has a separate entrance and a private deck for your use. We live in the main house and provide you with breakfast (usually homemade cinnamon rolls) for your first breakfast. This apartment is affordable enough to stay several days while in College Station. Yet very reasonably priced for extended stays. Again, check out our discounted rates! We've had experience "hosting" guest in our home, when we rented our Main Home in 2013-2014 through VRBO. Now we are taking our hospitality to a different level, with a private studio apartment. Enjoy!!

Such a great VRBO experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beth was so attentive and very personable. The space was perfect for two and well furnished with all the amenities to make you feel at home. And, the cinnamon rolls were SO GOOD!! Very pleased all around!

We were celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary and this efficiency apartment was perfect for the two of us while we visited the area. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood and Beth was very responsive when we had a question. We will highly recommend this property.

Great little home
From the booking, to check in and check out, everything was fantastic. The owners communicated with us super quick, they even let us use their own pack n play for our 7 month old! They have done an amazing job with this home. Super clean, comfortable bed, everything you need and more. The cinnamon rolls were delicious, we loved that little treat. We look forward to being able to stay here the next time in town.

Perfect set up for a football weekend! Place is clean, comfortable bed and kitchen essentials for a short weekend stay. The location is great. It is near dinning options, grocery stores and the A&M campus. We recommend staying here and we will stay here again!

My son needed a place to stay for a week between the end of his lease and graduation. This place was absolutely perfect. You couldn’t find a nicer place or nicer people to rent from. Beth responds to all inquiries promptly. What a wonderful stay!

The Respite
I enjoyed staying here so much. It was clean and comfortable and quiet. The container of cinnamon rolls was enjoyed all week. And the location is great. And the owners were just terrific. I highly recommend this property.
