This little condo is very clean and sweet, good location, very easy to get to lake and park, great communication, we had many questions and host answered right away, and easy entry. Streaming apps available, good water pressure and appliances.
Couple things need attention. Bathroom door sticks and makes it very loud at night and just not easy to open/close. Stools for counter are totally unstable and pieces loose/not attached, sliding door is VERY hard to open/close and needs full weight and tugging to use. Lastly the pull out couch is very uncomfortable-probably ok for little kids. We had a full house and as adults opted for living room to have some privacy and wound up having to put mattress on the floor with couch cushions underneath it for 2nd night. Other beds were comfortable. Kitchen pots/pans need upgrading but we’re functional. After staying I’d say price is too high for all the items not working.

This was a great place for kids. The pool is nice and right outside. There's a park adjacent and it was nice and quiet for naps and sleep. It's a little ways out of town so not great walkability but about equidistant between town and the state park.

The location of this property couldn’t be better! It’s right across the street from Lakeside Park which has lots of grass with trees for shade and little bits of beach and a huge roped off swim area. It couldn’t be better for young swimmers you want to keep an eye on. The condo itself was very comfortable for a family of 4, clean, and stayed reasonably cool with the 2 standing air conditioning units in the 100 degree weather. The property owner, Jeremy, was very responsive when we had a question about something and let us check in early. Thanks Jeremy! Our only complaint would be the very small pool but with the beautiful lake right across the street it really didn’t make much of a difference for us. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this upgraded condo. The pool was steps from our front door and the beach was just a short walk. The kitchen was modern with stainless appliances and all the utensils and dishes were available. The patio and BBQ made eating in fun. We also drank our coffee out there every morning. This was a great place to get ready for our son’s wedding at Tsillan Cellars. We were so close to town and the wineries. We love Chelan and all it has to offer.

Wonderful location and property for a little family getaway. The pool is steps from the unit which is so convenient for littles. The lake and park are a block from the unit too.

Great spot to experience Chelan
Property is just the right size for a family or two couples within a short drive of a bunch of activities. Everything was clean and up-kept well. We really appreciated that the property has two parking spaces which allowed us to park our jetski in the parking lot. The public park nearby gets quite busy but being walking distance away was a big plus. Boat rentals, water park, restaurants, and a bunch of winery’s are all very close (5-10 minutes away).

We enjoyed our time at this condo as a family of 4! I stayed at the D-10 property to go to a wedding at Karma Winery. A friend came with me as my husband wasn't unavailable. The original plan was to have her and I stay in the D-10 unit and it was perfect. But at the wedding my grandchildren ended up coming back to spend the night with me. The bunk beds were perfect. Super easy check out.
I also loved that it was a one night rental.

We were so thankful for this property was a perfect place for our family including my dad that is in a wheelchair- it had everything we needed and felt cozy clean and accessible for all our family needs! The property owner is awesome and so easy to work with! We plan to stay again next summer!

This place was perfect for our family of 4. Its close to town and Slide Waters so we were able to meet up with friends easily. Also, the kitchen is incredibly stocked! Would definitely stay here again!

We much prefer to stay close to the Lakeside Park than the crowded areas of the town. The air conditioning is plenty strong for us. Jeremy is very accommodating and fast in responding. Great location
We had a great stay! The neighborhood was nice and we all walked down to the park and across the street to a new winery. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars is we were hot! There was no central ac and the window ac in the dining area did not cool off the back room. Besides the ac the condo was very nice!

Good location in Chelan
Good location in Chelan for two people. Unusual bed arrangement in the BR with a double or queen ( not sure), and a bunk bed in the 1 BR. Outdoor patio is OK, but facing a fence. It met our needs for a short visit to Chelan.

Great rental!
We just stayed one night -- we attended a wedding at Karma Vineyards. We were very pleased with the condo. Jeremy was very responsive with answers to a few questions and it was so easy to access. The condo was larger than I expected and slept 5 fairly comfortably (we did bring an inflatable mattress as well -- and there was one that we used in the bedroom.) The place was very clean. I wish we could have stayed longer...

Almost perfect
Truly, I love the place. Good location and the interior matched the pictures posted, almost even better live. My friends and I felt comfortable and welcomed by the owner, property staff and neighbors. However, before check-out time the front door closed and we were unable to get in again because the electronic lock-key ran out of batteries. Unfortunately due to this event, I felt that I was leaving my staff behind and I was really devastated that I couldn't double check or take what I was leaving behind. This is why I think my stay was almost perfect. I appreciate Jeremy for always relying promptly but I did not feel completely satisfied with my stay.

Great lakeside location and amenities - perfect for kids
This unit is conveniently located a few steps from the pool, which is a perfect size for younger kiddos who are still learning to swim, and is a two-minute walk to Lakeside Park. We stayed here for Chelan Man weekend and it was perfect - easy access to the park for our events but not so close we could hear the loudspeakers and crowds. It has off-street parking, a nice little patio with new grill, and the kitchen has everything needed for a weekend getaway (even a blender). It's a bit of a trek into town but the Subway/convenience store on the corner has all of the necessities you might need and even with traffic, the restaurants and shops are only a few minutes away by car. It's a great, quiet location if you're looking for a low-key vacation with access to plenty of options for fun and recreation.

Felt like home away from home
Property was clean and inviting. Everything we needed was there. Access to lake was a 2 minute walk, and the on-site pool was private and well-kept. Owner was very responsive and willing to work with us when needed. Would definitely stay again!

It was great for us
We stayed there for about 2 nights, and it was a great location and at a great price. The communication between Jeremy and myself was great. Jeremy was quick to respond to emails, phone calls, and text messages. The place was clean and comfortable. The plumbing needs a quick fix as the drains in both the bath tub and bathroom sink didn't drain very well. It was also really hot. The main bedroom even with the fans on it stayed hot all night. The other thing that was hard to deal with were the neighbors. When we were getting ready to leave for a day out on the town and some shopping we over heard a group of neighbors complaining about the renters. It felt like they were purposely making sure we heard their complaints of "renters being to loud" and "we are tired of renters". I know that we did not make too much noise as we were in bed and asleep by 10pm the night before. The neighbors made us feel extremely unwelcome and unwanted. I must say that we enjoyed how close we were to water and how close we were to town. Thank you Jeremy for letting us experience Lake Chelan and letting us use your lovely home.

Very clean and nice and close to the lake
The property is very cute and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked. There is very close access to the public park right on the lake (2 min walk). It is a quick drive into town and there is a gas station and subway really close. Parking is good if you only have two cars otherwise it is street parking which gets busy. The only problem we had was that on the third night of our stay two men let themselves into the condo. It had been double rented to them and they had the same access lock code as we had to get into the condo. I think this is something that needs to be changed there should be a different code for each group. If we hadn't been in the condo at the time they came in I'm not sure how this would have been resolved. Jeremy was very good about answering the phone and telling the men it was an online glitch but it makes me nervous if the door code doesn't change between groups.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay.
Our family of 5 had a very great time in Chelan. The condo was very clean and quiet. It was just a 5 minute drive to grocery stores and a very short walk to the lake.

Condo had not been cleaned when we arrived. Called Jeremy and he took immediate action and found that the service had made an error. We handled things ourselves and received a refund from Jeremy to our satisfaction. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed, nice pool. short walk to lake. Would rent again.

Next to a nice park.
We didn't feel the condo quality was equal to the price. My husband and I were in Lake Chelan for a car show, so we weren't in the room very much, but when we walked in there were foot prints on the bathroom rug, there was blue fuzz balls from the pool towels all over the white towels from being washed together, and you could read a newspaper through the bed sheets they were so thin. It would have gone a long way in improving the overall feel of the condo to trade out the shabby futon in the living room for a real sofa with a hide-a-bed in it. We sat on the futon one night to watch tv and I felt like I was back in college. (and not in a good way). We didn't have time to use the gas barbeque grill, kitchen (which was nice), or the small pool which would have been nice amenities for a family.

Very nice place!
Great location, easy to locate, nicely appointed condo. Right by a city park with a lot of shoreline and swimming areas.
The condo has a pool partially outside it's door. Quiet and peaceful at night, complete with a nice gas grill and patio seating. Convenient to water sports, rentals, hiking, restaurants without being in the really busy downtown area. Lots ous local wineries, fresh fruit and vegetables stands as well as some great dining choices. Can't wait to go back!

The owner was very nice and responsive..
..but we were a bit disappointed overall. The A/C is really a small window unit in the living room....which is down the hall from the bedroom. It was very hot at night in the bedroom despite using the fans provided and keeping the A/C on. Additionally we put our 35 pound 6 year old on the inflatable air mattress and it deflated overnight both nights so she was just about an inch off the floor by the morning. The bed in the master bedroom rocked from side to side and squeaked loudly every time my husband or I moved, so it was very difficult for any of us to get sleep between the heat and the discomfort of the beds. The location was great -- we just wish there were better beds and an A/C unit in the bedroom itself.

Convenient
We had a great time at this place! The place is conveniently located close to the water park, wineries, downtown and stores! We especially enjoyed the pool located right outside the door. The owner was very attentive to our requests and questions. He is very gracious to offer to bring back a belonging we left behind. The condo is clean and well stocked with lodging needs
