Situated in Goodyear, this attractive house for $240 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. The large 42" x 96" front door welcomes you into a beautifully decorated entertainers dream. The open concept great room with dining and kitchen all oriented to the back of the house and yard makes get together's an experience to remember. The professionally designed media wall with a 60 inch TV finishes off the Great Room. There are 3 bedrooms. The Funky Bunky is a converted part of the garage tthat has two triple bunk beds and is only accessible by pre-approval at time of booking. There are two full bathrooms. 5 Mountain bikes, golf clubs, tennis racquets, basketball and a table tennis set ensure activities abound. The backyard pool and spa are complemented by an out door fire pit. It is difficult to say whether the sunrises or the sunsets are the nicest. The pool comes complete with many pool toys and its own volleyball/smashball net. Steps away there is a large kids park, basketball and tennis courts and a sand volleyball court. Mountain hikes and mountain bike trails are a few minutes walk away. Relax or be active, the choice is yours. The over 300 days a year of sunshine allow a multitude of activities. A fully stocked kitchen with double ovens, dishwasher and most small appliances make meal preparations a breeze. Cable, internet and a portable music system round out the entertainment options. The convenient outdoor BBQ and furnishings provide a great way to relax and unwind day or night.

House was just as advertised. Heated pool and hot tub were amazing. We are an active family and enjoyed having the tennis and basketball courts a short walk away, the ping pong table in the garage, the hiking nearby, and the pool. Bikes were also available in the garage but we didn’t end up using them. Owner was quick to respond to any questions. Day trip to organ pipe national monument is recommended and reasonable as the house is SW of the city.

This property was wonderful, I didn’t give it 5 stars overall because the master bed wasn’t very comfortable. Everything else was 5 star. Mike was great to deal with, and quick to answer answer any questions. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to go back someday.

This is a beautiful home inside and out, just as described. Daily morning coffee, afternoon lounging and evening dinners by the pool were perfect. The kitchen is well equipped if you enjoy cooking. There wasn’t anything missing. We hope to come back some day with family or friends as the additional bedrooms would be great for a bigger group.

This home was better than the pictures. Not only was it immaculate but tastefully decorated in every room. The landscaping around the house was beautiful - better than any resort. We loved the pool and spa but also spent quite a few hours sitting by the fire pit in the comfy chairs. We cooked a few meals and found the kitchen to be well stocked, organized and again...very clean! Once you stay here, you won't want to stay anywhere else.

We stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful stay! Mike was very responsive and communication was great. We traveled to AZ for my husband to have surgery and our au pair had no problems keeping our toddler entertained on the days my husband and I were gone with the car. There are several playgrounds and small hikes within walking distance and plenty of toys and pool toys to keep littles happy and busy. The property is clean, well-kept, and comes equipped with everything you would need to feel at home - from kitchen appliances to a wide range of books to read! The only thing to consider is that if you want to explore other areas, you would definitely need a vehicle and not mind driving a bit. We were absolutely fine with this, as it’s a beautiful, safe community we were staying in, complete with a Safeway and Walgreens; however, in exchange for that, it’s about 15 minutes to get to the major freeways, restaurants, shopping (other than grocery/drugstore), larger hikes, etc. Not a problem, just something to consider 😊 we will definitely be back on future trips to AZ!!

This beautiful home had everything we could have wished for and more. Well appointed, warm and welcoming, clean and well stocked with spices and non-perishable staples. We should have stopped at the grocery store AFTER our first day! The owners are completely available and accommodating, very open to any and all questions. If we could rate 10 stars, we would. Thank you for a wonderful, perfect getaway.

Mike has blantantly lied about the condition the property was left in just to charge an extra cleaning fee during the holidays. His cleaners showed up an hour early to do their job, after I told her the checkout time I was given she was not happy and said “she didn’t have much time because it was Christmas”. He claims we were unable to use the top bunk of the bunk beds and that his stereo system was left outside. When we arrived the stereo system was outside! We didn’t even use it! He also claims we broke items but cannot send me an itemized list! And, no one is aloud to sleep in the top bunk???!!! You may not park any vehicles on the street so make sure that you don’t have any more than two vehicles or he will call and threaten to fine you, also the thermostat is remote controlled by him! It is freezing at night and hot during the day. It is terribly uncomfortable. The hot water does not get hot, there are no real glass cups to drink out of and good luck cooking a full meal, you are only supplied with 2 pans and a WOK. He does this to make the most money he can. Shame on him! He negatively reviewed me on Vrbo as retaliation and charged my card which I will be disputing. Do NOT do business with this man. Although his post says 14 people he WILL charge you if you have over 9 people. For perspective, I stay in VRBO at least 5x per year, and have NEVER had issues.

This is an amazing house in a great area! I want to give this zero stars so nobody else would book it, and I’d have no competition to rebook! But this place is incredible. Beautiful home with a relaxing backyard. Super clean and all the conveniences of being at home. Location is perfect to get away from it all. We had a lot of downtime during a baseball tournament, and we were able to relax comfortably in our home away from home.

Loved every minute of our stay in the house! Our 3 kids didn’t want to leave. Well maintained, clean and easy to use. All the pool gear you need and plenty of gear to take to the park behind the house. Spa and fire pit were a perfect way to end the day. The wash behind the house provided plenty of wildlife including a coyote one time! Mike was very responsive to any request we had. We had a minor issue with the pool cleaner but called the house keeper and they responded within 10 minutes to get the issue fixed. Overall we had an amazing stay and would love to come back again!

What an awesome place! Love the open kitchen/Dinning/Living Room. Pool/hot tub are amazing! All were super clean.Only thing that might add to this beautiful property would be a king comfort bed in the Master, but still definitely would stay again if opportunity presents itself.Mike is awesome to deal with! :)Thanks a million Mike. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We LOVED our stay at this home. Mike was very responsive with how to check in and also any communication during the stay! The backyard is a vacation wonderland - we spent so much time in the pool and hot tub as well as making s’mores at night. The covered eating area outside was great for getting out of the sun. If we return to this area, we will be sure and try to stay here again!!

This was an ideal setting for our multigenerational family trip. Having our own heated pool and hot tub in the back was ideal for watching the little ones and also allowed us to let the youngest nap while we enjoyed the sunshine. The host was very quick to respond to questions. The house is spacious and clean - kitchen is equipped with everything plus more to prepare meals (even a margarita mixer!) and the landscaped grounds are immaculate. Pictures are accurate which isn't always the case when you are renting online. A plus for us was all of the available toys and necessities for our young grandchildren ( a play kitchen set, small table/chairs, barbies and toy cars and dinosaurs, step up stool for the bathroom sink, pack and plays and high chair....) And having a playground around the block was perfect.The mountain biking trails are close by and have a range of trails depending on your ability. A bit of a drive to head up to Camelback Mountain for rock climbing but doable. The Wildlife Safari zoo is close by and was fun.We would definitely recommend this home and stay here again if we make another trip to the Phoenix area.

The home has a great single level layout! Huge master suite and bathroom! And a perfect wing with more bedrooms and a den area. The funky bunky was great for our older teens to have their own part of the house! Open living and kitchen area that leads out to the BEST part of the home... pool, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen! This is where we spent most of our time! Great bonuses to the house: park area right next door. Basketball and tennis courts. Home came with balls, racquets, bikes, pool toys, and bikes! Ping pong table in garage. If you need a little dive bar with good music and food, Romans is near by! Mr. Mike was readily available if needed! Our stay was perfect! We came for spring break, with our teens and our retired parents. Would definitely stay here again!
