Nestled in Cape May, this attractive house for $734 per night is a great option for your next vacation. 25 Windsor Ave. This 8 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath Beach Block Victorian has been lovingly rebuilt from the ground up. Steps from the finest Cape May Beach and 2 blocks from Washington Street Mall, you can walk to the finest shops, restaurants, and entertainment that Cape May has to offer. When you're not at the beach or in town, relax on one of two front porches, the upper one having water views. When you're not outside, gather at the 9' island in the brand new kitchen. This fully stocked kitchen features 2 full size refrigerators, a Wolf cooktop, 30" oven, and a banquette breakfast nook built from the original antique doors. The open Family Room floor plan allows the 52" Hi Def TV and Blu-ray player to be enjoyed from the kitchen. The Front Room Den has a 40" Flat screen and a comfortable Queen Sleeper Sofa. A true 4 season house, there is central heat and AC, and heated tile floors. A huge 7' X 6' outdoor shower is located out back. Bedroom 1 is up front, second floor with water view, King Bed, coffered ceiling, 42" TV, and 4-piece Bath across the hall with an original claw-foot tub. Bedroom 2 has a Full size bed and large desk. Bedroom 3 is a King Suite with a 3 piece Master Bath including a 6' X 3' custom Marble shower. On the third floor, Bedroom 4 is a King Suite with water views, sitting area, TV, and a 4-piece bath featuring an original claw-foot tub, and a 3' X 5' shower with dual shower heads. Bedrooms 5 & 6 have single trundle beds to sleep 2 in each room. Bedroom 7 has a twin over twin bunk bed. Bedroom 8 has 2 full size beds and a private 3 piece bath. High speed WiFi is provided. We have one reserved parking spot on the street.....again...Location, location. 50 yards to the beach, and walk ( or bike) to anywhere in town.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The layout worked perfectly for our group of 15. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere…no need to move the car once! There was a nice backyard area for the little ones to play safely. Everything we needed was supplied. Christmas time in Cape May is magical! We felt like we were in a Hallmark movie!

House was in a perfect location with plenty of room for the amount of people staying (17). Upstairs bathrooms were newly remodeled and spacious. However downstairs bathroom kept clogging and was very dirty. Walls surrounding toilet were splattered upon our arrival. Also drip coffee maker doesn’t work. I suggest replacing.

We have stayed here multiple times and every time it just gets better. This time we just stayed for a long weekend and the weather did not cooperate, but we still had the time of our lives. Had great communication with the property owner and he gave us suggestions on places to go. We will be back!

Put simply the hosts were the best I have ever experienced with VRBO. They responded quickly to questions and when I made a mistake on sheet ordering they made sure we were taken care of. I can't rate them highly enough.

Just steps away from the beach, the property was a great spot for us. We had older adults and young children in our group so needed something relatively close to the beach/shops/restaurants.
The house was stocked with cooking supplies - pots, dishes, etc. However, there were only 3 wine glasses and limited water glasses.
The house was overall very clean (bathroom, sinks, counters, etc) except for the floors - watch out if you go barefoot in the house!
It was nice that they had a grill but the outdoor picnic table could have used a good power washing. The outdoor shower was fantastic so everyone could get the sand off before coming into the house.
The patio furniture could definitely use an upgrade (paint was peeling off the wicker chairs). Porches were really nice hangout spots since the house was so close to the beach.
We did have an issue with someone parking in the reserved spot but the owner was always readily available by phone.

Our family stayed for a week in July to celebrate our father’s 70th birthday. Communications prior to arrival and upon arrival was great. Very helpful! The location could not be better. You can hear the waves from the beautiful and relaxing front porches. Be sure to have your coffee there in the mornings and enjoy the breeze and salt air. Not too much traffic on the street as it is a quiet side street. Parking was a breeze! We were worried about it with having 5 cars. You can easily find parking on the streets surrounding, just a 5 minute walk away. We had no issues unloading and loading our cars right in front of the house on arrival and leaving. (You wont really need a car while you’re there) The kitchen was our main hang out when at home in the morning and evenings. The kitchen and seating areas were perfect for our large group. The 2 refrigerators came in handy. We used one for just drinks! The entire house was plenty of space for our group of 5 couples, 2 children under 7, and a teenager. We were there when the temps were around 90. The large house stayed cool on all 3 floors the entire time. The proximity to the restaurants and shopping was perfect. And the beach being only a half a block away was so nice! Easy to take breaks back at the house during the day. If you are thinking about renting, go for it! You won’t regret it! We hope to return in the years to come.

Had a great time even while a little nor’easter blew through. We (6 friends) were snug in this lovely house. When the sun came out, we were in the perfect location to enjoy the beach, shopping and wine on the porch. Dave is a perfect host - quick responses to any little question.
